These falls are just outside of Quebec City and can be viewed from the bridge going to Orleans Island. In the summer, there is a fireworks display at night which lights up the falls. We enjoyed very much our stop at the Montmorency Falls Park to see the falls on our way to tour the Ile d'Orleans. There is a $10 fee per car to enter the parking area. But after that you can choose whether to just view the falls from the visitor center, walk the wooden staircase or take the cable car... more

The falls are very scenic, and quite the spectacle from the highway...BUT, keep your viewing of that site restricted to the highway only, for visiting the park was very disappointing.
