I found this park in my pre-trip research, and boy am I glad I did!! This is one of Vancouver's hidden gems, in my opinion. My husband and I decided to stop at this park on our way up to Whistler, and it was well worth it! It's a short hike to get to the lighthouse, so bring your walking... More

Spending two days in Vancouver, I wanted to make sure to get out to the west side to see some of the natural beauty the city offers. Lighthouse Park was a perfect fit... just take care not to miss the turn off to the park. With rolling manicured paths that lead off to various points of interest... inevitably ending near... More

This is one of the most beautiful easy walks in Vancouver you will find. It is a bit hard to get to by bus, if you have a car then it is easy. There are some really huge trees here but the views are whats the best. Take your time and enjoy the nature here for sure.

Good hiking, nice trails, beautiful scenery. Free admission. We took the public bus out to West Vancouver, and told the bus driver we wanted to go to Lighthouse Park, he stopped right at the entrance. On the way back, we took the bus to Londsdale Quay, and then took a bus to Lynn Canyon from there.

I must say that we love the Northwest = Oregon, Washington and of course BC. After visiting Vancouver several times we were looking for something fresh to see. We took a chance on our last day and drove over Lyons Gate Bridge and found the Marine Drive - Highway. What a day and the highlight of our Vancouver trip. Lighthouse... More

After being on the go for weeks we chose to stay at the Lighthouse Inn for a little quiet time as each suite has a separate sitting room. It was perfect for our needs. The bedroom was highly comfortable and to be able to relax in the privacy of our own sitting room was just bliss. Hanna's attention to detail... More

Blessedly close to Vancouver by both car and bus (#250 from Georgia/Seymour), Lighthouse Park is definitely one of Vancouver's best kept secrets. Neither challenging nor boring, the multitude of possible trails is sure to please everyone, including families, who are looking for a genuine experience of old growth forests close to an urban setting. If an afternoon at Lighthouse Park... More

This is a fantastic natural park in an urban setting. The are some easy walking trails and some much more difficult hiking trails. The trails are very well signed, but make sure you pick up a map brochure on the way in, as it is easy to get lost on the maze of trails without it. Of the four viewpoints... More

We loved everything about this place. The setting is amazing, and the walk in Lighthouse Park not to be missed. The hostess, Hanna, provides amazing cooked to order breakfasts, and the suite is a treat in itself. So beautiful. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. We were instantly in love with both the city and the bed and breakfast.
