The entire trip exceeded expectations. The dogs are well treated and show it. The guides where very knowledgeable and took the time with each guest. Dress warm and layered so you can adjust while on the trail. Toe warmers even in the best boots are a great idea. Once back at the lodge after our trip we enjoyed a warm... More

My partner and I loved this experience. It took some time and trouble (heavy snow) to reach the remote location but worth it. The opportunity to get to know your dogs pulling the sled. Dress warm and prepare to do a little running!

We had a great time dog sledding. Hank, Ryan and Moses were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The booking office went out of their way to accommodate us. Us being three best friends celebrating our 50th birthdays. They even surprised us with a cake! But what impressed me the most was their respect and deep love for their dogs. The... More

What an exciting and thrilling experience. The instructors Hank and Josh were incredible! You do have to be somewhat fit for this ride as it can take a toll on you if you are not. The dogs were super friendly even when the did their business in the middle of pulling :) Make sure you are bundled up properly by... More

First time dog sledders. We booked a two hour tour and had a wonderful time. We had so much fun, the time flew by. The staff were great and made us feel comfortable with the dogs and sled. Our guide Nathan was very informative and did a great job during our tour. The dogs are so fun and full of... More

From beginning to end, Winterdance provided terrific customer service. The conditions were not great as snow had started to melt (there was a lot of mud) so we were glad we wore our rubber boots. But it did not diminish our fun at all! The dogs are amazing and the guides are patient and knowledgeable. The pace on the trail... More

We did the half day tour, and was well worth the trip up north. You can tell the dogs are well cared for and love what they do. And they definitely captured our hearts. Each one unique. Even Grandma had a fantastic time, she can't believe she experienced it. Although the grounds were bare in spots, and mud was on... More

This adventure was one of those things I get to check off my bucket list, but don't get me wrong I would do this over and over again. With Albaus and Lorenzo at the lead, Harley in the middle and Wyatt and Doc taking up back. They took us on an ride of our lives!!! I was impressed at the... More

We did a half-day tour and it was absolutely amazing. Tanya/Barb were very helpful during the booking stage and answering all our queries; it was smooth sailing from start to finish. The dogs were so friendly and excited; clearly they love to run and be outdoors. Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable and we felt really comfortable throughout the tour.... More

We recently had our first Winterdance experience and absolutely loved every minute of it! We did the half day tour and next year would love to do a full day. Our guides Mark and Nathan were very knowledgable, helpful and made everyone feel so comfortable and confident. I loved hearing the barking & howling of 65 dogs together as our... More
