Having worked up an appetite, i ordered the big all day breakfast, poached eggs for $16, with a long black whilst waiting. The coffee was fine, just a tad too cold. The breakfast looked great on arrival, however, the eggs were hard boiled and the bread was only toasted on one side, not even partially toasted on the other, with... More

Great facilities, lovely staff and and three lift systems make this a great day out. We went during school holidays but arrived about 7pm to avoid the holiday programs and general daytime rush. We got lots of skiing in and the kids really progressed well. My only beef would be that due to being much colder at the top off... More

We visit regularly, it's a load of fun and worth the visit however management should note if there are lessons set up a different area, we to are paying customers on all occasions we have to wait sometimes quite a while, for instructors to jump the queue, I appreciate they have paid for lesson but a family of 4 out... We went for my nieces birthday party and all went toboggan riding. Was actually inner tire tubes. We had little ones that after a few rides could go by themselves. The equipment and clothing was good quality too. Great food as well. Lots of fun had by all.

We stopped into the cafe mid morning for a bite to eat and a coffee, the coffees took far too long and arrived cold, the muffins were stale (not fresh), the tables were dirty ie they hadnt been cleaned and meals and plates were still there from the last person.

We've been to Snowplanet countless times. My family loves it. Last year I fell and broke my tailbone. It was excruciating and two staff members came to my aid. I told them it was broken and they just told me to lay there until I was ready to move. They left me there to find my own way down. I... More

This is an awesome facility near to Auckland, that offers 'learn to ski' through to those with experience needing to practice. You can hire everything there or take your own and the staff are wonderfully friendly!

We were only going to stay for a few hours but ended up staying the whole day, fantastic being able to have a go at both snowboarding and skiing, my only downfall was the food, especially the service, we ordered our meals and went to sit down, food came out very quickly which we were impressed with. Now downfall, the... More

This has got to be the most thrilling of all exercises!!! My grandson ended up taking out a 12 month membership here, and stays all day on a Saturday!! I tried it,and found it was truly breathtaking! and I'm in my 70's!!!
