We loved this day trip activity. My 3 kids loved it too. Our guide was excellent and made it fun for everyone. The weather was fabulous so we were able to swim in the river for a lot of the time, and the rapids were great fun. We were allowed to cliff jump too. It was a great day.

Loved the whole adventure. Great fun for the whole family. Beware that you will be in and out of the water but don't let that deter you.

We had a great day on the river with children 7 and 10. The day was a bit long though and lunch was way too late. This was our first time rafting and it was fun and safe. Guides were very good. The pictures look way scarier than it really is. You go through a small rapid and then paddle... More

A great experience, even for younger children. The rafts hold 10 or more people, so you are combined with others. There are water pistols, etc... on each raft so there are water fights, etc....a bit of fun. The tour guides are usually lots of fun, the lunch was really good as well. There are opportunities to go swimming. Great value,... More

We went on a daily excursion with couples and friends and had a blast! Great value for the money; the guides were fun, experienced and knowledgeable and gave a short but thorough safety briefing for our rafting, swimming and lunch activities. Would be a great venue to host a team-building or nature exploration venue. Camp style lunch was provided with... More

Following a miscommunication regarding the pickup spot, we began our rafting tour with our guide, William. We felt very safe and secure while having a thrill ride on the Exploits River. We saw interesting sights on the banks, played in whirlpools and some class 3 rapids. The guides took fantastic photos - a fun reminder of the day. They treated... More

What can I say? The entire day was wonderful! We met at the Raft Shack ( NOT a shack!) for equipment and instructions by the guides. The guides were GREAT! Professional, kind, informative and patient with the "rookies"! Marvelous healthy lunch on rock islands in the river. (Even "bathroom facilities" at the lunch area.) Even though we had never done... This rafting experience is wonderful for anyone -- aged 2 to 92! The guides are incredible, knowledgeable about safety, the Exploits River (and rivers in general), wildlife in the area and also cross promote other area attractions. No need to be nervous; they think of everything and everyone in our raft was completely at ease. It was a LOT of... More

We had an awesome day doing the Badger Chite river rafting on the Exploit's River!! Tour starts @11:00 and you are bused to the starting point on the river where you are given rafting instructions/info session for the day. There were 3 rafts with @6 people + 1 guide per raft. 2 or 3 of the guides were from out... More

We did this trip in Late july/07 and it was the highlight of our vacation. My wife and little boy(9) thoroughly enjoyed it. River rafting, swimming and a shore lunch on the river with excellent guides..Mostly light rapids but a couple of Class 3 that are fun and sure to get you wet. A must do for anyone in the... More
