Really beautiful ship.

Blue nose was arriving from a travel when we arrive. Beautiful !!! We also visit the desk which is rich and beautiful ! If you want to visit Bluenose, you must go on their website and look for their schedule.

Definitely a different look. Still a very beautiful ship. Every tall ship I ever went on gave me the same thought -... More

I hopped on deck the refurbished Bluenose II while she was berthed in her home port of Lunenberg. The restoration is gorgeous and she is remarkably graceful and sleek for such a large boat. The crew were friendly and welcoming and entry was free. Highly recommended.

We arrived in Lunenburg and went to the dock to see the famous saltbank schooner. The sailing trips were fully booked for the summer however the deckhand mentioned that we could go on a wait list. We put our names down and showed up an hour before she was scheduled to sail. We got on! With the sails up and... More

We were fortunate that the Bluenose II was in port when we arrived and took advantage of the opportunity to tour the ship. Next time I'll try to book tickets for a harbour cruise on board.

Although the weather was not the greatest with drizzle and rain we had a ball! To get the opportunity to sail on a piece of Maritime History was amazing! The crew was very well trained and professional.

Reproduction of a famous racing schooner, staffed with friendly guides. Not always in port. Great spot for kids.

We were able to walk about the deck of the docked Schooner. We did not do the tour of the harbour on her. A beautiful replica of the original Bluenose. A must visit.
