The slopes were wonderfully groomed and there was plenty of powder/packed powder snow. There was also a good variety of slope difficulties, and I rarely felt crowded on the slopes except when skiing among ski school children. We went on a weekend and some of the lift lines were absolutely horrible. It was also extremely cold - be ready to... More

No midweek crowds and perfect snow. Very friendly guides and good food at the lodge at the top of the mountain. Loved the wide skiing trails.

Skiing at this resort for the last 30 years. Always over dress because it always is colder and winds will make it worst. Very nice vertical drops, well groomed and good variety of level. Colder days ski the Soleil side to get the warmth of the sun. We avoid weekends so we can ski non-stop. Line-ups tend to be long... More

I have attended Tremblant approximately 12 times. I love it and come back every year. It can get very busy on weekends especially if it isn't too cold. You must dress appropriately or you will freeze. I find the north side of the mountain is less busy than the south and less windy.

I love Tremblant. The selection of trails is great, but it is hard to enjoy them when you have to ski strategically to avoid standing in lines forever: only certain lifts and hence only certain trails. Forget about getting on the lift with your partner. Singles is your best bet if you want to try to get on the lift... More

I have been skiing at Mont Tremblant for more than 35 years and am convinced that it is the #1 Ski Resort in eastern North America. The mountain produces skiing on 3 faces making the conditions, the sun and the wind different on each face. The 96 runs make the resort one of the largest in the east with runs... More

One of the days we spent skiing was less than perfect with ice patches and little or no grooming, even at First Tracks. A power outage caused the lifts on the north side and Soleil to be closed. The south side operated with diesel power and things seemed to run quite smoothly in spite of the shut down of many... More

It did not help that rain and mild weather had washed away a lot of the snow followed by freezing that turned what was left to ice. However the resort itself looks like an amusement park catering to the lowest common denominator. The restaurants all looked the same with similar menus and most with a TV screen where ever you... Definitely big mountain skiing with great snow, but there are a lot of flat areas, even off the more difficult terrain. You have to know where and when to carry a great deal of speed to avoiding poling / skating.
