My brothers and I rented a pontoon boat to go out on the lake in August and we had a terrible time! The boat was rated for 15 people and had a 11.9hp engine which we knew about and we just wanted to get out on the water so it wouldn't be a problem. We had a group of 12... more

We visited Mont Tremblant during the month of July. We were there for 3 days, 2 nights. We stayed at a B&B in the town and visited the resort twice while visiting. It is similar to ski resorts, like whistler, fewer people, may be because it was summer time, very quaint and clean. Mostly everyone spoke english and french. The... more

My extended family typically takes a two week vacation in August. Houses that are large enough to accommodate us all generally are only located in beach communities and ski areas. We are not beach people, so we have spent the last few years in the Rockies (Montana, Jackson Hole, Beaver Creek, Deer Valley). This year we did something a little... more

OVERVIEW We just returned from a week in Tremblant. We stayed at the Fairmont due to its central location, indoor/outdoor pools and ski-in, ski out privileges - but if you have kids old enough to carry their skis you can stay anywhere. (NOTE: If you choose the Fairmont, do not rent ski equipment through [--] - rent directly from the... more

After having two very good ski holidays in Whistler we wanted to find a ski resort nearer to the UK but again in Canada and we found Tremblant . It took around 7 hours fling time plus 90 mins transfer time. If you can afford it the private transfer is worth the extra cost around £150 return. Tremblant is owned... more

After debating for many days with my husband, we decided to take the children to Mont Tremblant for Labor Day weekend. As with planning family vacations, we always consider the amenities of our hotel and local attractions so that eveyone in the family will enjoy and leave fulfilled. Keep in mind our children are ages 5 and 1. What helped... more

Wow, what a fantstic place to stay. Mt Tremblant is nestled in the Laurentian Mountains in Quebec just an hour north of Montreal. We stayed in a beautiful rental property overlooking Lac Superior and Mt Tremblant Ski Resort with a perfect view of the Mountain from the hot tub. Great after a day on the slopes. The place was pefectly... more
