A quaint little village with nice eateries and shops. We ventured in to a shop and were surprised to see multiple tiny little shops selling some fresh baked goods like french pattiserie, butcherie, pasta shop, fresh fish fry shop etc. The small bakery as we entered is actually owned by a gentlemen who is from France and one of the... This small town 45 minutes outside Montreal, is a town that characterizes itself in the summer by the number of people that just come on the weekends to stroll along its streets. (In the winter, it's a small ski resort). It is without a doubt a fun day if it is sunny and you enjoy the short drive as it... More

Great spot to take the family for a ski vacation, better value than going to Mont Tremblant and the crowds were virtually non-existence last week...skied down, waited in line for a minute or less and then right back up top again. Also great snow tubing at Avila.

I went during march breack, It was no lines, but the mountain a little bit disapointing. Is a biginner mountain, with no to much challenge. We went to the restaurant at mont Avila, it was ok, the service nice. the food ok

Once again we had a great time skiing here. The mountain is just the right size with many challenging runs for all levels. We had perfect weather and took full advantage of the patio outside. Don't forget to have Apres Ski at T-Bar 70.

A nice place to ski, great if your from Ontario. Easy to get to, an hour out of Montreal, this place had a lot of lifts, a lot of runs, nice patio to eat on, places to have a drink over looking the hill. All ski levels were accommodated, and I love the ticket/lift operating system. 4 hour block of... More
