We recently enjoyed High Tea with a Murder Mystery session at the Milner House. We had 14 in our group of which 8 participated. We had our own Dining room which was the perfect size for this number of people. High Tea was excellent and very tasty. The staff were very polite and attentive throughout our event. A good time... I've not gone in the summer, but pictures I see look amazing. Our family goes at Christmas yearly. The lights, Santa, the music locally sang and atmosphere make it worth going annually. Well recommended, will get there in the summer yet.

Brought my parents in law (80 yrs) and they really enjoyed it. We had missed the rhodos but no matter, it was still very pretty, peaceful, and we enjoyed listening for birds in the woodland. Great view over the water from the tea room, which had really friendly service, delicious soup and freshly baked scones. It was our first visit... More

The gardens are lovely. Nice paths through old trees and rhododendrons. They of course were not in bloom any more for the most part. I will definitely visit again next year when they are in bloom. I did not know they could grow into the size of a tree. The area is beautiful. You could hear the eagles by the... More

On a hot summer day stroll round these beautiful gardens, enjoy the spectacular views and indulge in scones and cream for afternoon tea served by volunteers.

A lovely garden with a beautiful ocean view which you can enjoy while partaking of afternoon tea. An easy walk but you can take a trip on the golf cart if walking is out of the question. So much to see and this changes depending on the time of year.

Very peaceful and lots to see and learn thanks to all the helpful information on the different trees and plants and animals you come across on your stroll .... At different times of the year you they deck it out according to the season.... Christmas the lights are fantastic and... More

A pleasant enough place to visit... unfortunately spring was early this year and we missed the blooms. The walk through the forest is pleasant, the gardens could have been perked up a little to be fair, the house is open for visits and worth seeing inside. Check local gardeners re the state of the rhododendrum gardens before going - afterall,... More

We visited in mid-May while the rhododendruns were in full bloom. A beautiful walk through the woods and gardens complete with tea and scones and jam in the tea room. Amazing, friendly staff and amazing, delicious food! The atmosphere of the tea room is beautiful and the views of the ocean are stunning!

A great place for a long walk or ride in if you can't walk far. Many nooks to sit, relax and sip a cool drink. Didn't stop for high tea…to expensive for my taste.
