I booked the tour via email. I called that morning to find out that they had given ours seats away ...they claimed I had to call by a certain time with my credit card...which was not mentioned in the email(they he girl I talked to was not very helpful). We ended up taking quaddy link tours instead and had a... More

Went on a really foggy day. We were told we were going for 2 hours but could not find whales which delayed the time. We were given free passes for the rest of our life because we didn't see one. Came back two days later and saw 3 whales in 2 hours. Truly breathtaking. Then we ate them

Went on the same tour as the other Trip Advisor rated on July 29th. Yes , we saw a bald eagle, several porpoises and the ONE Minke whale the five boats followed around in a crowd trying to give everyone a good view of the poor whale I felt we were harassing at best. Obviously on one of these tours... More

The staff were friendly and engaging. Provided a lot of interesting information. They were genuinely invested in this operation. We saw a few Minke Whales and several porpoise and sea lions, as well as an eagle's nest. Next time we will do shark research with them.

We went on a whale watching cruise on Wednesday July 29th and we had a great time. It had been raining in Staint Andrews for the last few days but we had amazing weather. The crew was fun and informative and we were out for three hours. We saw seals, porpoise, an American bald eagle and at least three minkie... More

My husband, my 7 year old daughter and I can not stop talking about how fun this tour was. We totally enjoyed the hour or more spent following a minke whale feeding ,but the captain and the marine biologists that make up the crew of thievery comfortable boat really made the day a great learning experience. It was truly apparent... More

We have just returned from a whale watching trip and now enjoying our meals in harbour front. The first thing about this beautiful trip is they are qualified for this job. Captain is cool :) and the marine biologs were knowledgeable about the whales. They even know Their names. I advise this tour to anyone.

What a lovely trip we had with Island Quest! Slice, the Minke whale, came up right beside our boat several times. In addition, we saw harbour porpoises, seals, mom and dad, nesting baby Bald Eagles, as well as the salmon farms. The staff was entertaining and professional, and it was an especially fun trip for the children.

Best set up of a whale watching boat I've seen. On the upper deck there are no obstructions. You can see all sides of the boat no problem. Lots of seating on the main deck too. Again really easy to see all 4 sides of the boat. Marine biologists were great. They answered lots of questions we had. We held... More

We saw so many whales as well as seals, porpoise, bald eagle nest and a salmon hatchery. The marine biologists on board were knowledgeable and the captain was great at getting us close to the animals. Salmon pate on crackers and iced tea was served afterwards. Overall great experience!
