An interesting collection of memorabilia, from the earliest days of the OPP, to present day. Outstanding restorations of police cars, motorcycle and a boat. Static and interactive displays of many aspects of the OPP over the years and an hour of your time should cover it in detail. It started as part of our rainy day back up plan, but... More

Doesn't take too long to go through the museum, but worth going to see. It's also neat to see the OPP Headquarters where the museum is located. Gift shop is well stocked too.

Kind of stale, needs to be modernized a bit and expanded. The old uniforms are interesting but the place needs a facelift.

The Museum is not very big and can easily be covered in about 30 minutes to one hour. Some very interesting displays for all ages.

If you are in Orillia and have the time. Visit the OPP Museum at 777 Memorial Avenue. It was interesting to learn the history of the OPP. Plus, they have some old cars, a boat, and a few motorcycles on display. It was free and well worth the time.

An outstanding presentation of OPP history and OPP community involvement. Pick up a detailed exhibit booklet upon entering, take a guided tour on your own. Exhibits are creative, some interactive. Children will be well entertained. If your lucky a staff person will be available to answer questions. If by chance you are a former member, bring in that keepsake stuff... More

Be prepared to spend some time there. Lots of history & interesting stories. The staff have a wealth of knowledge & there are many exhibits which they can explain in detail. There's a cafeteria serving breakfast & lunch & also a shop selling memorabilia & clothing, caps etc.
