We were a bit late in the year to take a dip in the lake, but the park was clean, the seagulls and geese friendly and walking around was a fun experience,

Excellent place for kids to play and swim. On the trails and has good bathrooms. The play area is really great. Sometimes though the Canada geese are a nuisance.

The park was fabulous, with something for everyone: grassy areas with nice shade trees, open areas for flying kites and kicking a ball around, volleyball courts, baseball fields, children's playground, lovely beach... I've always enjoyed coming to Tudhope Park. The walking trail (which is a loop) is a great place to get a bit of exercise. They have a fantastic playground for the kids that has been completely updated. I got a bit of a chuckle out of this little walking simulator exercise installation that they have now in the park. Large multi-use park with paved walking paths, a small beach, little waterpark and sports fields on the lakeshore. Pretty and convenient to Orillia city centre. Worth a visit.

Tudhope Park is an excellent park for the family. The beach isn't the biggest but it is wonderful none the less. There are change rooms and a water pad. The kids can play on the equipment as well. There is a chip/hot dog wagon and ice cream. You can bring your own barbeque. Of course, Mariposa Folk Festival is here... More
