The show was fantastic but the ushers were very annoying, they were very rude and on a power trip, grabbing peoples camera's out of hands and one poor little old lady had her water bottle taken away and then the usher pulled the cap from the little old lady's hand. I mean I understand no drinks and no pictures but... More

The service in the hotel bar is very slow. Also you cannot hear the piano when you are sitting at the back of the room. More

This Casino's main disadvantage is that its too far from Toronto. It took us 1 hr and 45 minutes from Toronto to travel and watch a show at the Casino.
