We visited and wanted to do a tasting and learn more about the groves, olives, and production. We were able to do a tasting and bought several products. But the woman who was staffing the shop at that time did not speak any English. So we were in and out of there in just a few minutes after tasting and... More

Great Olive Oil with a large selection of different varieties. There is a nice shop where you can buy the stuff, open every day. For me, the best olive oil in the region. Not very cheap though.

Their operation is first class and, through great pains, meets and exceeds the very stringent requirements set forth by the European Community. We bought some of their olive oil... More

Thank you very much for writing such a nice comment about us. On our tour of the area CastelaS was one of our scheduled stops. The Hugues born in the region, emigrated to America and lived in Arizona for 15 years before going back home and building their business. Ms Hugue was a delight, very friendly and informative about growing and processing olives for their business. They have a super clean facility... More

A loss for the US, but a gain for those discriminating person who can't get enough of high end olive products. This shop does not include a tour but we did engage in a long conversation with the English speaking co-owner and she provided an educational perspective on olive tree agriculture and olive oil production. Very good product...the Huile D'Olive in particular is worth a stop to buy. This is not a destination stop but if one is touring Les Baux... More
