Deep in the Canadian Badlands, a location famous for its prehistoric attractions, lies a hidden valley where the events of a not-so-distant past echo, a place where ancient Israel is reborn and you can experience, "the greatest story ever told." The 14,000 who come each July are moved to laughter and tears by the dramatic portrayal of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Great performance, well organized, wonderful volunteers that were actors, guides, emergency workers, etc. They have a website with good pictures and info for the performances, volunteer opportunities and summer school for teens (credits for high school)

Storm clouds started moving in as the play moved towards the... More

This was amazing of how Jesus life was played out & the settings were amazing as well. It was a 3 hour play & a real experience to watch it. I recommend that everyone who hasn't been or seen the passion play should see it. You do need to get tickets for this & also come prepared for the weather.... More

I was very happy and felt the money well spent. it was a bit long (bring a cushion for sure) but the time flew by as there was always something going on and moving it forward. I was particularly impressed with how well organized it was from parking to bathroom use at... More

Awesome setting for the passion play, well acted and professional performance. Darkening skies made an impact on us as the story came to a climax.

We went to the 6 pm show so it can get cool so I recommend a light jacket. We also brought rain pants and even... More

Beautiful setting and inspirational telling of Jesus' ministry and life. Spectacular staging, great sets, excellent acting and costumes. Brings the story to life in a setting of hills and valleys that brings the landscape of Israel to mind.
