I remembered going here when I was about 10 years old and holding a snake by the name of Sophie. I was surprised at how warm she was and this left a lasting impression with me. When we returned to Drumheller about 25 years later, we decided to check it out again. We were really impressed with how their collection... More

Well worth the admission price. Lots of reptiles, loved the turtles and snakes. Place is looking a little run down around the edges though, but cannot complain about the amount of different reptiles to see and learn about!!

Come visit the reptiles at reptile world. You'll be quite intrigued. One of my children loves to hold Brittany the boa ever since we first took her when she 3. We return every time.

It is a private facility so the funding isn't there and it shows in the age of the facility but the kids had a good time seeing all the reptiles. That is what matters in the end not the old flooring. There was a large variety of snakes, frogs and lizards. There is a crocodile and alligator. The kids were... More

Sure the building could do with a bit of work but my god, for $8.50, what a place. My wife and I had gone to Drumheller to visit the Tyrell Museum which was good but I insisted on going to Reptile World for the simple reason that I had never held a snake. So imagine my delight when as soon... More

Lots of different reptiles to look at and learn about. They have a snake called Brittany that they let you hold on to. She is amazing. I just love holding that snake. She is the highlight of my visits here.

Everyone goes to Drumheller to see the dinosaurs but there is so much more and Reptile World in one of them. The building itself is nothing special and a little on the older side but their reptile collection and their knowledge is amazining. Both the adults and the kids were wowed by what we saw and learned. Getting to hold... More

My first thought when I walked into Reptile world was "wow this place looks run down". Apparently they had just changed locations in order to have larger spaces for their reptiles. Once we started walking around and looking into the enclosures you forget about everything else besides the fascinating reptiles. For 8 dollars you get to see loads of different... More

Wonderful collection of a wide variety of scary and exotic critters. Glass was difficult to see through on some of the habitats

From the outside, this place doesn't really look like much. However, once inside, you realize how many different species they have there. It's quite impressive. You can even touch one of the large snakes if you're there at the right time.
