I really don't know why this Zoo gets such a bad rep. First time we went a year ago with my husband and almost three-year old, we enjoyed it. This time, I managed to convince my sister-in-law to come with my nephew. She's been 'boycotting' the place. During lunch, I asked my nephew what he thought about the zoo and... More

I frequent this place often with my family. The staff is always friendly and helpful, it's a great way to spend a day with the family! However if you live around the area and will go more than 2-3 times in a year get the family year pass as it's definitely with it. I bought mine in late Feb and... More

Went on a Tuesday at 11am. We pretty much had the place to ourselves ! Was very calm, and it was a nice temperature still so all of the animals were out and about. Got some awesome photos. I would go again, good place to spend the day. And the baby monkeys were so cute.

Having raised our family in Abbotsford, we often went to the zoo when our children were young. Over the years, they have expanded and improved this facility immensely. Beginning at the "baby monkey" exhibit, to the train ride, the playground, our granddaughter was delighted and didn't want to leave. This is a wonderful community facility where you can buy a... Because I love zoos, I thought I would go again because I knew the day I had gone before was just one of those days when the animals decided to take a break from the public (ha ha). I took the grandkids to see the animals and I must say we had a marvelous time. Every animal was out and... More

Our grandkids have had many fun experiences here beginning at a very early age. Sometimes we've taken along a picnic lunch and enjoyed relaxing by the pond.

My son loved running around and seeing all the animals. So many different things to see. Took the little train tour which was a lot of fun. Worth a trip to see :)

We visited so many kinds of animals and watched the workers to feed the lions and tigers. We were so close to the big bears and I even walked with her for a few minutes. The price was fair, including the entrance fee and the parking. We visited for 5 hours but we did not feel tired or bored till... More

Many better zoos out there, some areas were not kept up to standard, worst was when the worker told me not to pet the animal. It was sad when they were there asking for attention, do not waste your time here
