Great park for picnic, walk, golfing, children's playground. Very centrally located and lots of parking spots. Closer to Swan stadium and a great and safe place to go for morning walks.

It is a little tricky to drive into. Off Hwy 1 take the Canada Way exit #33. If you turn left at the T junction onto Canada Way turn right at the first lights at the gas station on Sperling. You can park at the Lake and then walk. Alternatively, you can turn right at the T junction onto Canada... More

Beautiful forest in the middle of the city. Great place for a leisurely walk. They also have a new circuit if you want a little more exercise. The ponds are nice too.

Swangard stadium has so much to offer and there is a large outdoor swimming pool. There is a horseshoe pit and two childrens play... More

Central park in Burnaby is a long established natural park right in the middle of town. Great walking trails, fun playground for the kids, lots of good picnic spots with tables.
