Description: Get away to a place where you will find THE only item on your To-Do list...
Get away to a place where you will find THE only item on your To-Do list is,to look out for the next whale or bear making a memorable appearance on their terms! "COLLECT MOMENTS, NOT THINGS." On Vancouver Island, you can immerse in our Wildlife. Everywhere on Vancouver Island is teeming with wildlife, creature's great and small; the land up here still belongs to mother nature. Our waterways are what we're famous for.The unique currents caused by ebbing and flooding tides charge a food chain that reaches from phytoplankton up through herring, salmon, dolphins, seals, orcas and humpback whales, among myriad other marine mammals and wildlife you'll find in the straights and open waters surrounding the Discovery Islands. From Campbell River, hop onto our boats and head out on the water off the Discovery Islands, Desolation sound, and sometimes the sunshine coast for a glimpse of a pod of orcas or a Humpback breaching the surface. Porpoises and Dolphins can sometimes be seen playing in the wake of our boats. Above all, what we love about the wilderness here; it's still wild. It's why, no matter how far away we go, we always come back. It's the greatest risk of coming here, you never want to leave!

Great experience. The guide was friendly and informative not only about the whales, but the surrounding area during the tour. The company is very conscious not to alarm or get too close to the whales. Worth every penny.

We set sail this morning with Jos, the owner of Eagle Eye on an whale search that took is within 15 minutes to a set of humpback Wales. After some radio chatter we were tracking a family of four Orca's which after a very good lunch went right under our boat. To top things off a visit to a sea... More

We took relatives out on a tour with this company back in April at Easter. The four of us were the only ones on the trip because of the time of year and Josh, the owner, made this trip special for us. Great folks running this outfit and I highly recommend them.

We bought our tickets on "island daily deals" as we were coming from Edmonton for a week and wanted to see some wild life. The Capitan was amazing. Very informative, professional and friendly. We saw a pod of 5 whales and followed them for about an hour. The whole trip takes about 4 hours. A light snack was provided on... More

Our family of five (kids aged 11,9, and 6) went on an afternoon Ocean Rapids tour. It was a full boat with four benches, each accommodating 3 people, so plan your seating accordingly. The trip started off with a short ride and a search for a humpback in the area. We ended up seeing a grey whale instead, which is... More

The wildlife took the day off but the tour was still great. Incredible scenery. Great staff. Good, solid equipment. Very safe operation. Highly recommended.

This was a spur of the moment decision and proved to be a good one. We saw a pod of Orca, a hump back whale, seals, had a stop on an island for lunch, just brilliant

Five of us went out this morning and we had a great time even though we saw no bears or whales. The "skipper" was good, informative and we all enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
