Having had several wonderful Grizzly Bear viewing trips with this company and as I was in the area, I decided to go for an early season wildlife viewing trip without too much expectation that much would be around. WRONG! Gary sure knows where it all is and how to find it. Several hours of Killer Whale (Orca) viewing, not to... More

We went to see Grizzly Bears and that's what we got ! At one stage there ten bears in view including mother and triplets right up close. And we saw another mother and cub at a further location. This is a small friendly and personal company; flexible when they can be and went out of their way to include sea-life... More

A friend and I went out with Garry on 15th October and what a day. Wonderful scenery and wildlife including bear cubs being taught by their Mums. Felt like we were in a David Attenborough documentary but it was REAL LIFE! Garry makes the day so easy, spotting birds (including a seagull no less), seals and porpoise on the journey... More

We wondered what our day out would be like, but meeting Garry the evening before (by chance), we got the feeling we would enjoy his company. He is a genuine, knowledgeable, caring local owner. We had a fabulous day, with the boat safely charting its way through the whirlpools. Garry told us local stories, geography, history, wildlife and boating throughout... More

My husband and I went on the Grizzly Bear Tour on October 15. It was simply amazing. The boat ride to the island was beautiful - the surrounding islands are unlike anything we've ever seen. On the tour, we saw 14 Grizzlies! We also saw Bald Eagles, seals and salmon. Garry is a wonderful tour guide - he made the... More

A wonderful day with host Gary being very friendly and amusing. If there is any wildlife around Gary will find it. Only a few minutes out in the boat and he spotted a pod of Orcas (killer whales). Fabulous bonus. The native guides were friendly, knowledgeable and patient and found a number of bears in several locations. All in beautiful... More

I apologize for my bad english but I want to express my appreciation for Garry and his organization. I attended the grizzly tour of 20 September. The weather was rainy and very windy but Garry has reassured us showing the possibility of a different port for the return. It was an unforgettable day. We have seen thirteen grizzly and many... The only place to guarantee seeing any wildlife in Canada is with Garry...and he didn't disappoint. We saw 14 grizzly bears and cubs..absolutely beautiful. Garry gets very nervous if you stray more than a few feet away from the crowd, but there is so much breathtaking scenery that you get lost in the moment. on the way back Garry did... More

We went out with our fill-in Captain Nick Templeman from another tour company, because our Captain's boat was out for service. Nick was great, he knew where to take us and was obviously very familiar and comfortable with his surroundings. He pointed out all the sea life that we saw along the way, as well as the geographical anomalies and... More
