We asked a ranger about the whale watch tour and was told they were one of the best. We have been on several whale watch tours in different places, but without a doubt, this tour was 100% the best!! Everyone was friendly, the tour was breathtaking, informative, fun but most important, we saw so many whales, orcas dolphins, stellar sea... More

What an amazing tour all 8 plus hours of it. Going on a Grizzly Tour was on top of my BC Holiday Bucklist and the Go Wild Tour ticked every box and then some. The staff were fantastic and very knowledge and made sure we received the best they could offer. Seeing Grizzlies up close is something I'll never forget... More

We did both the Whale Watching and Bear trip over the 2nd week of September. Loved the area and people. The whale trip was good, and we did see a few humpbacks and a few orcas, plus several bald eagles, but it took a while to get to them. The bear trip was awesome! First, we saw several orcas on... AN ABSOLUTE MUST DO! In early September 2015, my parents and I made a special trip to Campbell River, excited by the opportunity to see Orcas and Grizzlies in the wild. We bought a package deal that included accommodation at the Great Western Hotel, orca tour and grizzly tour that the amazing staff had personalized for us. Arriving at the... More

At the end of a for them very busy season, John and Cathy were still so motivated and full of enthusiasm! It was a wonderful day, full of wonderful encounters! These people do their job " from the heart" and that makes it special.

What a fantastic day we had seeing 15 Grizzlies, male Elk, then on the way back Orca, seals and white sided Dolphins. The trip was made enjoyable by the friendly staff greeting us before we boarded then the wonderful young captain, sorry can't remember his name but he was born in Campbell river, he was fantastic. Being greeted by the... More

This is my third time to Campbell River to see the grizzlies and orcas, and I've been out with CRWW four times on the grizzly tour and each time has been brilliant. Have also been out on the zodiac boats with them, which are super fun, but my main focus is the bears! Every guide I have had on any... More

From the very first contact (12 months before my trip) to the actual day of the trip nothing was too much trouble and no question went unanswered. Unfortunately I was unable to go on the whale watching trip which I had booked and the two ladies on the office were very helpful with information that would assist me to be... More

Unfortunately we didn't get out on a tour due to an electrical fault on the boat so cannot vouch for the tour itself. I wanted to leave a review though because Jack did his best to find us an alternative tour on the same day and when he couldn't, reserved us spaces on a tour the day after having checked... More

We understand your disappointment in not getting out on a tour that you had traveled especially for but the safety of all our guests is extremely important and we could not allow the boat to leave the dock in the condition the motor was in. The mechanic arrived by 9:00 am and we got the green light by 11:30 am... More

We highly recommend this trip with this tour operator. The trip was wonderful from start to finish. The boat was comfortable and left on time. The captain was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. On the way to Bute Inlet we spent a few minutes observing a pod of Orcas. When we arrived at Orford Bay we were greeted by two... More
