It was a very cute farm to walk around, well set up to see the animals through various stages in life. The store has wine and cheese samples that are set up in a very convenient and interactive. The cheese was very good and I wished I had more room on my luggage. I wasn't overly impressed with the wine,... More

This was our second visit to the cheese farm. It's a great little spot with animals and a cute little shop where you can sample the amazing cheeses or some of the fruit wines. The property is beautiful and you will be glad you came.

...and fruit wines, that were not sweet....some too tart in fact. My favorite was a blackberry wine. A real variety of cheeses...all were good. My favorite the Caerphilly...that was ever as good as what we found in Wales. Worth the little journey from Parksville to find.

You don't think of a cheese works/winery as being a good spot for children but when it is located in a farm, it changes everything. There are numerous cows (obviously), horses, donkeys, rabbits and pigs to keep the kids amused. You are free to sample the different cheeses as well as the fruit wines in the little store. Unfortunately when... More

Went here to buy some cheese only to find they also have wine...both were delicious and reasonably priced. Was excited to see they also had a petting zoo to entertain the kids and picnic tables to eat your packed lunch. Great spot to stop if on a road trip!

There are some really good cheeses here, yummy! I narrowed it down to four;, the flavored feta is my favorite and I am happy to be able to take some home. I really liked the idea of a local place making their own cheese with milk from their farm. It's a bonus that it tastes so good! It's not a... More

My sister and I decided to go here while staying in Parksville because I wanted to visit the farm and she likes wine and cheese. :P Turns out we both loved the farm and the cheese! (I don't drink wine.) The farm was clean (by farm standards), the animals were friendly, and the people even more so. Little Qualicum Cheeseworks... More

Free tastings of the fruit wine they make. I bought a couple bottles and really enjoyed them. They also have a good selection of cheeses, crackers etc.

Our family had a great time at Qualicum Cheese Works! Found the place pretty easily with some pretty good signage. We needed a break from the drive and needed to pee and stretch our legs. We got more than that here! You can visit cows, rabbits and more in the 'petting zoo', which looks more like a working farm, which... More
