We came to relax in their hot pool and got extras. The pools have great view of the mountains and surrounded by trees - we can hear birds. Too bad we came in late in the afternoon and did not get the change to visit their Suspension Bridge ( for additional costs). The staff were nice and gave us a... More

Staying in Revelstoke, we had some time till check in in our hotel and we decided to go to hot pools. Friendly staff, clean pools, great location. Can not say anything bad about the pools. I would recommend to my friends.

Interesting, there are 2 Crazy Creek Trip Advisor pages - this one and one called 'Crazy Creek Resort' (without the hot pools in the title). We stayed in mid October in cabin #1. Cabins were clean and modern. Only complaint is that the hot pools were much cooler than the posted temperatures (signs said 40c and 39c but nowhere NEAR... More

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay with us. We take pride in the cleanliness of our facilities. We recently underwent regularly scheduled maintenance on our geothermal heat pumps, so our pool temperatures were down temporarily from the 39C and 40C we advertise. We did make every effort to provide our guests with this... More

Clean, modern campground, with awesome hot springs. The only negative comment I have is about the trains. The train tracks are right on the edge of this campground, and the trains run every 1/2 hour ALL NIGHT LONG! The trains also honk their horns 3 times every time they pass. I maybe got 3 hours of sleep in the 2... More

Thank you for your review! The train running at irregular hours, blowing its whistle anywhere from once a day to every half an hour, continues to be the most common issue our resort faces. I assure you, we have made every effort with CPR to discontinue the noise. Unfortunately there is nothing they can do for us at the moment... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our suites and Hot Pools. All 8 of our suites are fully furnished with fully stocked kitchens as well. They are all modern with satellite tv, and our staff take great pride in the cleanliness they work hard for. Myself as well as my staff appreciate your kind words. More

We stayed in Cabin 6 for a weekend and it was lovely. It had everything we needed, and was clean and quite modern. We enjoyed the pools and the waterfall is gorgeous. I see that the resort is in the process of being developed, so it will be interesting to see how it takes shape over the next few years.... More

Hi Sheila, thank you for your kind words as well as your interest in our development! Every year we expand our Resort in different ways. This year, it was with the addition of our Executive Suite at the Falls (details on our website), three new campsites (powered and unserviced), as well as over 100 new trees for landscaping. Stopped here for some photos and to have a little stretch after driving from Salmon Arm. We didn't go to the hot pools but we did go and check out the waterfall which is nice to look at and watch for a bit. Costs near 10 dollars each (adult) to go in and after seeing how many jesus leaflets there... More

Hi Adam, thank you for stopping by and also for taking the time to provide your review of our Resort. Many of our guests viewing the Waterfall are like yourself, looking to stretch their legs in a beautiful place. The 7-minute walk from the Hot Pools building takes you across the Pedestrian Overpass and up the mountain trail that leads... More

We stopped here to let my toddlers stretch. They have three hot pools, two of them have temps around 38-40C and another 28C. They also have a cold plunge pool which was refreshing. I noticed in the change room there were lockers, showers, bathrooms. They had shower for wheel chair access. The cost was 9.50 per adult, kids under three... More

Hello Goodtravels_8, Thank you for letting readers know about your time here, even if it was short! Our hot pool temperatures are 39C, 40C, 32C and the plunge pool temperature is 15C for the brave-hearted! Each October we close the 32C pool for the Winter as it does not have a heated pool deck like the other pools have. We... More

Just spent the night with my 5 and 6 year old and would not return. No playground or even open grass area. Might as well have parked in the Walmart parking lot for what our site was. Pools are fine but over priced, cost us $50 just to swim, decided not even to bother with the waterfall after reading reviews.... More

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We do not have a playground yet, but it is nearing the top of our 'To Do List'. In the meantime, however we do have several grassy knolls both next to the Hot Pools as well as the suites that kids play on. We also recommend that children bring their bikes... More
