My kids are 5.5 yrs old, twin boys, I was blown away at the jungle gym and the kids skytrek.. I didn't think my boys would be able to do the skytrek, I would've been scared to go, but they both managed to get all the way without falling! The jungle gym is so awesome with a little zipline manned... More

We booked our camping trip weeks ago so couldn't change the dates and we were a little concerned when we saw the weather forecast...rain, rain and more rain! Yes we got wet but the staff made sure we had fun and were safe. My boys 13 and 10 had a blast and our guide was really good with them and... More

We stumbled upon this place totally by accident on our travels. Lacking for time, we decided to send our 5 year old son into the treehouse area and make a note to come back to do the rest another time. This place is awesome and we can't wait to plan a trip back to check out the adult trek! Well... More

It's hard not to do this park if you go to the Enchanted Forest because you can see it from the forest and it looks incredible. This is an amazing park, but it's really dependant on the weather and if you are not careful you could loose a lot of money. Our two kids did the climbing wall and they... More

Thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it, but we DO offer refund to all guests who purchased any activity and didn't get a chance to participate. All guests who were on activities are offered rain checks. Most storms in the valley are short and we continue operations as soon as there is no lightning detected in the... More

Spent a whole day climbing, zipping and exploring. Staff were amazing and safety was obviously a priority. I took my 9 year old to the upper trees and she had NO problem. My only concern was the long orientation (90+ minutes?) before we got to the fun stuff. This wait is dependent on group size and abilities so a total... More

Thank you for your awesome review! For Aerial Trekking Courses we do recommend to visit us in the morning during peak season to avoid long wait time. We like to have maximum of 20-25 people on each safety training to ensure all participants attention and need to sometimes spend more time with guests who have difficulties during training. As we... I joined my 16 yo and 13 yo sons on the High Ropes course. The park is basically divided into three parts: the high ropes course, the adventure tower, and the kids area (jungle gym and tree adventure). My 13 yo is not crazy about heights, but the layout helped him overcome it and have a great time. The Ropes... More

The instructor was very helpful & knowledgeable, and because of him, we felt very safe going through the course. We went during peak season, and therefore the park was EXTREMELY busy, so the course was backed up and the platforms got full quickly, but the "games" were a lot of fun! Our only complaint was it was a bit frustrating... More

Thank you for your "Sooo much fun" review. I apologize for the inconvenience with the line up and Waivers we do have signs in the entrance area but they are difficult to notice when busy. We also normally do have staff in the entrance (signing area) to answer any questions and help with the Releases and I'm sorry if they... More

Amazing place. 8 year old loved the jungle gym. They do state it's suitable for ages 2-12 but there was no way our tiny 2 year old could have managed it. Just my opinion the average 2-3 year old well you are going to be on there with them so go prepared! Plan ahead what you're going to do as... More

Thank you for your great review and feedback. You are absolutely right, Jungle Gym is still very challenging for 2 years old but we do not want to restrict them if they and the parents are willing to try! Hope to see you again soon! More

Great range of ziplines for all ages. Very helpful instructors. Try the giant swing and the drop which my 10 year old swears is "not that scary".

My husband and 9 year old son did the big course. My son was a tinny but shorter than recommended and they warned us he may not be able to do the whole course (it was nice they gave us the heads up) but he managed it quite easily. Only one spot he had trouble reaching - he is pretty... More

Thank you for your review and happy to hear your family enjoyed the Park. We would love to help you watching your daughter during slower days in September or October, but unable to do so during busy operation. Hope to see you again! More
