We live in Truro but never tire of Victoria Park. Beautiful scenery and lots of little activities for the whole family. Concerts in the park; movies in the park; and live theatre in the park just I name a few. Be sure to make a visit to Victoria Park at least once!!

- very nice park but I went for a walk on one of the trails and unfortunately, there was no map at the beginning so I couldn't decide how far to go along it. I went for a short walk and turned back. If I had known the length it would have been better. Some maps would be handy if... More

The waterfall is very nice. The walk is enjoyable. And there was a nice band playing the day we were there.

This is a huge park in the middle of town. There are great walking trails, although the signage isn't great so it's easy to get lost! A couple of nice waterfalls to see as well as "Jacob's Ladder" (a set of over 100 stairs) that provides quite the view. We saw a deer while we were in the park which... More

Gorgeous park. Be sure to go after a rain to get the full effect of the waterfall located at the end of a lovely walking trail.

Very active park. Little brooks for my dog to play in and monkey bars for the kids. We enjoyed our walk here.

Took a day trip here and wished we had more time. Take a picnic and go hiking (you have to go up and down Jacob's ladder at least once) There are alot of exploring for the kids, from waterfalls to brooks. The best part they have a great pool to cool off in after :) Make sure to check the... More

All the usual park amenities but with great trails to walk through and a stunning water fall - lots of steps but worth the effort

Most parks I've seen in the middle of a city are pretty much man made. This park has all the usual stuff, tennis courts, slides and swings for kids, a swimming pool, green space and picnic tables, a cool splash area where water squirts out of things or up from the ground randomly but then keep walking into the shade... Incredible park in Truro. Lots of trails to hike, lovely waterfalls, and of course the famous Jacob's Ladder for the adventurous.
