I came here on a Saturday evening. It is an enjoyable place for a nice walk. There are ducks and swans in the water which was nice to watch. There are many benches to sit on. The gazebo was a little dirty. And there were cigarette butts all over the park. The grass also needed to be cut. The flower... More

I loved this place. It is full of green. One can spend a lot time here just by seating around. It is a great place for family picnic. There is a small water park for children. It is accessible by bus and in downtown Kitchener.

A large park with an island and gazebo where a stately statue of Queen Victoria looks over her realm from bygone days. A Boathouse musical venue with its newly updated restaurant soon to open sits on Park Street at the upper end near the field and Clock Tower. A children's elaborate playground and splash pad can be found on the... More

Whatever the season, Victoria Park provides a delightful oasis within the centre of Kitchener. This well maintained city park has something for every age - beautiful tree lined walks, flower beds developed with horticultural interest, relaxed seating alongside the small lake fed by Laurel Creek, a children's water park and playground, summer festivals and evening musical entertainment. Set within the... More

This is a great park, spring, summer, winter or fall. The beginning of spring as everything greens up and starts to grow, the exciting summer with many special events, the brilliant colours of the trees in the fall and in winter an extravaganza of lights in the trees. Walking trails, playgrounds and beautiful grassy areas, a stream running through and... More

We have taken my grandson here for the water activities as well as just to roll in the leaves. A wonderful spot almost in the centre of Kitchener with a tremendous amount of history about it. Beautiful old house on both sides and nice walking or bike trails along the old railway track. A nice place to go with the... More

There are so many things to do and see. The water park and the sings and the slide are only a few things for the kids. The park feels very safe to walk or just sit and read. Many people pass threw. There are weddings during the summer along with concerts and exhibitions that happen during the summer. Then we... More

The recently cleaned and upgraded river and pond area of the park centres picturesque gardens and water garden areas. The playground for little children is excellent. The summer canoe rentals are reasonable. The winter ice pads are amazing. Perfect setting for the many cultural festivals that occur all summer. The pavilion is a prime choice for rental for weddings or... More
