We get season passes every year. My kids love the waterpark. Kinda sucks that Adults are full price even if they are just there in attendance and not participating. Food for Sale is average at best. There is no other place close by with soo many good things for the kids to play and jump on. The season pass is... More

Disappointed. We have a daughter with autism and while she was given a discount the caregiver was not. Even though Ontario law states the caregiver would get a free pass to take care of the person with a mental illness they would not honor the law and told the caregiver to either pay up or watch from the outside of... I took my two sons to this water park in August. It boasts a wave pool (which does not wave very much), several dated water slides that are clearly showing wear and tear and an aging water playground for smaller children. Both my boys are 48"+ which is a requirement to ride all the water slides. I would not recommend... More

On a Sunday afternoon after spending the weekend camping we decided to head to the water park. Our passes also included a round of golf/mini putt. The water park was fairly quiet as it was overcast. We went down each slide and went into the wave pool. The slides were decent (good for kids too) and we enjoyed ourselves. The... More

We found slides for everyone in our family (Ages 7-12). Saved money by making use of their Wednesday web special. Very safety conscious staff, but wished they sped things up a bit more at times.

Big Splash has a lot of variety of water attractions, a wave pool, lounge areas, a very interesting splash pad and several varieties of water slides. The splash pad seems like it might be great for toddlers/pres-schoolers but we encountered many bigger kids and the setup of some parts of the splash pad seemed a bit dangerous for wee ones.... More

It's a fun day at Big Splash in Kitchener. Rides were fun. Boomerango tube pickup wait was long. It was inefficient system rather than anything else. Once a rider finishes the ride then s/he hands the tube to the waiting crowd. We've seen tube lift of sort in other parks. Otherwise all other rides were clean, fast & fun. If... More

Bought seasons passes this year as our family of 4 went last year a d paid a tonne for the day (our kids are old enough to do the waterslides on their own so my husband and I figured we would read and relax) Had to pay for us two adults as if we were riding the rides! Why not... More

We bought season passes because our kids got them as a gift. Every time we go if we have a question or issue poor response. They close half the slides unless it's so crowded they have too. Water park baths disgusting, loose bolts on rope course I've told them three times. Some fun for kids but be aware.

Lots to do and they seem to upgrade their rides quite regularly. Prices for the food at the concessions is through the roof, but I guess most amusement parks are. They've added a big bowling alley this year which was fun when the rain came.
