My partner and I came for my birthday, we both love the outdoors and testing ourselves. Our guide, Brent, was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and we were put at ease. I was a little more nervous then my boyfriend, but Brent made it very clear we were safe and only had to do what we wanted to do. We... More

Sure, caving isn't for everyone, but I'd say that this tour would be fun for just about anyone. Let's address the obvious downsides that have been mentioned by everyone else so far: There is dust. There are bugs. There are tight spaces. There is no light. It *might* even smell funny. Sounds like the average dorm room. Did you survive... More

Of course, as it was my first Cave experience I was a little unsure of what to expect aside from tight squeezes, crawling and wiggling around. As it was winter I was wondering how cold it would be etc. not sure what clothing to wear, will I get wet and so on. The Cave Tour website offered a video explaining... More

Booked the caving tour as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Our guide, Max, was terrific. Educational, adventurous, eye opening, safe, and just a lot of fun - this tour had it all. Max was also great about gauging what we were comfortable with and making sure we had the best experience, which... More

I will admit that we were a little apprehensive about doing this. Myself more so than my boyfriend. Max put us at ease immediately. He is so incredibly positive and knowledgeable about everything related to Rat's Nest Cave and probably every cave remotely close to it. I never once felt unsafe. It does take you out of your comfort zone.... More

I bought this as a unique Christmas gift for my partner. Was a little intrepid as I had never been in a 'wild' cave before and wasn't sure how I would feel squeezing through small spaces. It was a moderately strenuous hike up to the cave carrying our gear. Once in the cave our guide Lisa, explained how to navigate... More
