With 21 years of fun- no wonder Canadian Rockies Rafting has the best excursions and experiences to offer in the Valley! Our most popular trips are the half-day Whitewater Rafting excursions on the Kananaskis and Bow River - Horseshoe Canyon. Other activities we offer are Bow River Nature Floats in the evenings, River boarding down the Kananaskis, the occasional Kicking Horse Tour and Moose Safari’s in late August and September. (Each tour has minimum trip size requirements – inquire for details) Also inquire about our great deals on group reservations: We LOVE to host Birthdays, Bachelor/ette parties, corporate groups and more!

There are many rafting companies in the rockies, they are all probably good, we chose this company and had a amazing time. We chose the Kananaskis River 2-3 class route, which was great for our group, children age ranges of 5 to 21. What made it even more special was our guide Simon, a Scotsman with a great attitude. He... More

White water rafting in beautiful surroundings and great staff looking after you. I would really recommend it. We were lucky with the weather which always helps. Thanks to everybody organising and leading the rides.

Very well organised, plenty of gear for all. Safety talk etc. all well done. The afternoon trip was on a river that is predictable, so our experience was tailored for the younger member of our group. We were with 3 rafts with 16 yr old rugby teams in, who were given a more challenging and raucous time. Very well done... More

We were planning on going for the Bow River Rafting tour and unfortunately, one of our party members had injured his leg and was unable to attend. Called in for a refund, but to no avail. Service representatives were unable to provide a refund because they "needed at least 4 people attending the trip" and did not care about our... More

We booked a Nature Float, and arranged to be picked up in Canmore. However, they forgot to tell the bus driver. After an hour of waiting, we called and were offered a replacement booking the next day. Given our previous experience, before setting off to meet the trip the next day, we called to check all was OK, and were... More

Although the water levels were low(not the tour company's fault)we had a great time. We took our two kids (ages 13 and 8) and it was a great introduction for them. We had an awesome guide. Thanks James! If we are back in the area, we would definitely go again!

Went on the morning trip which started at 8.15 am. Meet at Stoney Nakado Casino. You meet in the foyer of the hotel so there are bathrooms you can use and you can buy a coffee from the hotel restaurant which was serving breakfast. 35 minute drive from Banff heading towards Calgary- signposted and just of the main highway. $79.00... A very easy 45 minute drive from Calgary to the meeting spot. Raft leaders were friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. The experience itself was beautiful and breathtaking. Our raft leader was Crystal and she was wonderful - pointing out things of interest when we had a few moments of calm water and getting to know each person in the boat. My... More
