There is a mystery built in. Not just the practical question of where the ball will land, but how will you ever return to urban golf after a magical mountain golfing experience like the one at Silvertip. Designed by world renowned architect Les Furber, the course plays from an approachable 5,089 yards to an awesome championship 7,173 yards, with over 600 feet of elevation change, making it the single most breathtaking mountain course in the world for literally any level of play. « less

The gold course was an excellent place to unwind. I do not play golf but I admired the different areas of the golf course. Most of my colleagues who play golf were highly satisfied and we all would love to come back again.

We saved a few bucks by staying at the Holiday Inn; the course is fantastic, outstanding views and spectacular scenery - nothing like watching your golf ball sail off into the distance from the many elevated tees against the beautiful back drop of a mountainside. The restaurant on the 19th hole was great with a wonderful opportunity to watch golfers... More

This is definitely a "bucket list" round of golf. Well worth the price for a real treat. One of the most beautiful golf courses. Very challenging greens! Excellent course to take out of town guests for the "wow" factor. Be sure to make time for a meal on the patio before or after your round. Food, service and views are... More

Silvertip is an outstanding track. Stunning views on every hole as you play a demanding and challenging layout. I played from the Professional tees at around 6500 and this is a good test of golf. The course plays long due to the elevation changes. You can step back to the tournament tees at 7140 if you wish. The course can... More

You can't beat the scenery here. Course was in great shape even though they had top dressed the greens in the last week or so. Staff very helpful and polite. Course is tough with lots of ups and downs and narrow fairways, along with sloped lies. But for us, the scores didn't matter. It is an awe-inspiring experience, and worth... More

Liked everything except the lack of food & beverage availability and accessibility. Views were stunning and the condition of the course was second to none.

Gorgeous, stunning course. A challenging course with amazing back drop. Every hole is beautiful with the Three Sisters, Ha Ling or Lady MacDonald behind you, but some holes are spectacular. The course is also in great shape, especially the greens. Be prepared to play around a few elks and the occasional bear may cross your path-they give you lots of... More
