Visit the information centre for maps and advice. Trails of all levels of difficulty are readily available and well marked. You can ride from there all the way to Banff, take a combination of trails to make your cycle as difficult or easy, as long or short as you like. There is a small cafe in the Info Center. Can... This is a must stop-over on the way to Banff! I would argue there are more scenic hiking and biking trails around this area too. There are a lot of hikes that vary in distance and difficulty, and Ive found it pretty easy to find your way if you get off-trail.

We go mountain biking here on a regular basis. The trails are amazing and very well maintained. There are also trails for every skill level. Trail Sports is a great facility to rent bikes too. Just pack a lunch. The concession is pricey.

Great for both hiking and biking with scenic views. Be careful of bears and cougars! We did not see any but signs are posted.

We had been here previously, and had watched some of the biathlon athletes training. This day there was not much biathlon training, but lots of athletes biking through the trails. Beautiful view of where the 1988 Olympics Nordic events were held.

Rented an excellent Rocky Mountain dual suspenstion bike at the centre for a reasonable $35 for two hours. although I brought my own pedals and they would have gladly put them on for me, the bikes were already equipped with SPD pedals! We rode the signature orange loop and were blown away with the flow! After the initial EKG climb,... More
