Went on the Assiniboine Tour and was very dissapointed as I didn't do my homework first. With any copter tour one should check: 1. Seating 2. Weather 3. Cancellation policy 4. Visibility factors.5. Exact tour sights. First, they use 5 passenger copters running 4 at a time assembly line fashion one after the other. The only person with a good... More

Great tour, awesome flight crew and ground staff, and a wonderful trip. Alpine Helicopters made our trip to Canmore/Banff the best experience we've had this year.

This was the finale of our 3 week, 4000km Canadian adventure and it did not disappoint. The whole operation was well organised and very professional. We had pre booked a 30 minute flight and had to call an hour before to ensure that the weather conditions were suitable. Fortunately for us the conditions were good and we arrived 30 mins... More

Of course you are a little wary of flying over mountain ranges in a small helicopter, but the minute you arrive you realise that this is a very slick and professional operation, from the reception, the safety instructions and the general condition of the helicopters. The flight was very smooth and utterly enchanting. Stern cliff faces, majestic glaciers, open mountain... More

The best way to get a true sense of the grandeur of the Rockies is to take a helicopter tour. We will never forget the sheer grandeur of the scenery- and its remoteness. Alpine throughly professional-so much so that on our original booking they decided not to fly as it was too windy and would they said, not be comfortable... More

We took the Great Canadian Tour with Alpine. What a great experience. Well worth the money. There is no other way to see the Canadian Rockies. The pilot was extremely knowledgeable of all mountains. The staff was great.

We have enjoyed Alpine Helicopter Tours a couple of times (30 min) and our past experience from walking in the door, welcoming staff, pre-flight information/safety session, and the pilot/flight prompted us include another tour as part of our Canada Day in Canmore. This was the second time for my daughter on the tour and again she (okay both of us)... More

I treated my 76 year old father to the Mount Assiniboine tour today. Although the conditions are a bit smokey the flight was still amazing and my father had tears in his eyes the whole flight. This is such an incredible experience and although not cheap worth every penny!

At first I thought it was a bit expensive, but now I'd say it's worth every penny! Apart from the excitement of being on a helicopter, the beauty of the Rockies makes this the best region in the world for this sort of experience. When you think you've seen the mountains from every angle, you still can't imagine the beauty... More

Alpine Heli really knows what they are doing. For first timers, they walked us through what to expect from our flights in a friendly and very professional manner. They are very well organized! Small constructive criticism, signage could be better at the parking area to inform guests to drop you gear off at the helipad first then park, as there... More
