Lovely setting and wine tasting room. It was definitely worth a visit. Of course we left with a few bottles of excellent wine. Don't drive by coming or going from N'kmip winery and resort.

Not sure where the comments come from about an unfriendly reception, as we had the complete opposite experience. The person giving the tasting was super nice and very knowledgable on the history of the Estate and the varietals they are producing. Only tried the red wines...which were pretty good with the Cabernet Franc being excellent. Merlot was also memorable. Will... More

We visited this Portuguese family winery for the first time this year and quite liked it. They had a very open concept and the staff were great. We also really enjoyed the wines and bought several bottles. This winery is situated on a very beautiful property as well. We will return here for sure.

Its all portugese. The wine is ok. Service is nice. Family run. Worth a visit. Not the best of wine, but then again wine is very personal.

Reception was unremarkable, wines pricey & barely palatable. Maybe the wines need a few more years? Or some better blending. At least it was free.

My wife and I stopped in for a tasting as it was very convenient staying at the Spirit Ridge Resort. The main building is quite nice and offers a small patio with good views. We were warmly greeted by the lone female staff member who provided us with various samples. While there was nothing particularly wrong with the experience, there... More

Thank you Maria, for a fabulous experience. I loved the history lesson and your knowledge about your wines. You made us feel special, and that is important. You have great wines which I look forward to drinking now that I am back. Your reserve Sarah was among my favourites. Cheers

Stopped in on Saturday for a Rose & Merlot. I was greeted by the mother and daughter who were really pleasant. I tasted the 2012 Merlot and without any hesitation made a purchase, as well as picking up there delicious Rose. This was my second time at this lovely winery and I will be back every time I go to...
