My partner and I visited this winery yesterday. Beautiful location and building but the lady offering tastings and customer service ruined our Experience. There was 3 other people tasting when we walked in so we where happy to wait but we got no acknowledgement or welcome what so ever. She compeltly ignored us ( we sometimes get this because we... Management response:

Dear Rachelle M, thank you for visiting us and for posting this review. We were quite distressed to read it - if there is a cause that's been near and dear to our hearts since we started our winery 10 years ago, it is to make sure that we present our wines to our customers in an engaging, friendly and... The story of how the winery got it's name is great but I won't tell you what it is : you will have to ask when you are there. The wines are all excellent. The red wines here are amazing. We always enjoy visiting with the staff when we go. They are the sweetest ladies and will make you feel so invited to the winery. This is one our "must stop" list and we haven't been disappointed yet. When we bring the wine home, it is always one of the biggest hits with our... More

http://www.mooncurser.com/ My Caveat: I review wineries with the assumption all Okanagan wineries are worth visiting because of the wine. So, most of my comments have to do with the other qualities of the place. This small, family owned estate winery did a lot of things right when it started up. It got a lot of stuff in place that created... More

we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Moon Curser. The owner's father was informative, friendly, humorous and obviously proud of all it has taken to become such a wonderful place. The view while tasting is incredible. I do have to agree with some of the comments about who sells the wine. The other man who could have offered us the tastings... More

This little winery is a refreshing change from the larger, more commercial ones. It is set just above Osoyoos so has a beautiful view of it's vineyards, the lake and mountains. The tasting room is welcoming and they are very eager to share the story of their name....it involves American's smuggling gold to the US during the gold rush! Their... More

Moon Curser has a fun attitude, from their quirky moniker through to charming packaging and, of course, their equally quirky wines. Not all the wines are great, but you have to admire their aspiration to work with some unusual grapes, and it’s fascinating to taste their experiments. When they hit one out of the park, it’s truly outstanding. The staff... More

This was the last winery we visited in a four-day tour of twenty Okanagan wineries. It was one of the few where I liked almost everything I tasted. The price is reasonable for the quality. The labels are whimsical but this is serious wine. Staff was friendly, down-to-earth and knowledgable. The very pleasant tasting room is a little more modest... More

That title only goes so far. You need someone with personality behind the counter. I guess we were spoiled by Beverly last year. The tall gentleman you have needs to open up and smile. Love your wine, your view, the setting.
