Moon Curser definitely hits well above average with their long lineup of red wines and couple of interesting whites. Admirably, they're growing/experimenting with some unusual grapes, like Italy's great white, arneis, and Portugal's elegant workhorse, Touriga Nacional. We also tasted Tempranillo, Petit Verdot, Carmenere, Syrah, Pinot Noir as well as some interesting blends--all were well-made, balanced and eminently drinkable without... More

We got there 10 minutes before closing and were warmly greeted by this old fellow with "dirty" hands and stayed for an hour while he poured us some of the most amazing delicious wine, one after the other, until we could have no more. Walked away with the club membership, and a box of some very delightful and rare (only... More

I am so glad we took the short detour to stop at the winery! We had the wine while staying at the Spirirt Ridge resort and decided to add this stop on the way out... Love the reds!

Every year we have to stop at Moon Curser - Great wine - The Tempranillo and the Carmenere are a must to buy -- Stephanie and Bev are great hostesses -- always make it fun and very knowledgeable -- always a great wine to serve to our friends at home ...

We loved the Reds. The diversity of the varietals from different countries and growing now in BC. They are unique and quite enjoyable. We will be back to buy more.

Amazing selection of reds. Never tried the whites. We tried 6 different reds and enjoyed them all. The Malbec and the Carmenere were the favs as my wallet can attest to! Bev was very insightful and great attitude. She made the experience even better.

My partner and I visited this winery yesterday. Beautiful location and building but the lady offering tastings and customer service ruined our Experience. There was 3 other people tasting when we walked in so we where happy to wait but we got no acknowledgement or welcome what so ever. She compeltly ignored us ( we sometimes get this because we... Management response:

Dear Rachelle M, thank you for visiting us and for posting this review. We were quite distressed to read it - if there is a cause that's been near and dear to our hearts since we started our winery 10 years ago, it is to make sure that we present our wines to our customers in an engaging, friendly and... This is our third visit here. The attendants in the tasting room are helpful and well informed. The story of how the winery got it's name is great but I won't tell you what it is : you will have to ask when you are there. The wines are all excellent. We have purchase Afraid of the Dark before as... More

The red wines here are amazing. We always enjoy visiting with the staff when we go. They are the sweetest ladies and will make you feel so invited to the winery. This is one our "must stop" list and we haven't been disappointed yet. When we bring the wine home, it is always one of the biggest hits with our... More

http://www.mooncurser.com/ My Caveat: I review wineries with the assumption all Okanagan wineries are worth visiting because of the wine. So, most of my comments have to do with the other qualities of the place. This small, family owned estate winery did a lot of things right when it started up. It got a lot of stuff in place that created... More
