My wife and I rented a double kayak for two hours, and were impressed with both the friendly, efficient service and the low cost of the outing (which included lifejackets). I note that there are some concerns written here about power boats, but I can certainly recommend this place for leisurely kayaking.

Although we had a great afternoon on the lake, I felt compelled to share that the boat rental itself was more than disappointing. We were excited to enjoy time with a 320 HP jet boat only to find it dirty and lacking ANY working gauges. We had no functioning gas gauge, depth finder OR speedometer so were at the mercy... More

Since the depth meter wasn't working on our boat we were stock in the middle of nowhere for a while. Originally we were supposed to pay 144 for an hour but they charged is 600 dollars for labor, change of parts and extra gas. The workers told us that they understand that the situation was not fair but the owner... More

Located adjacent to the Holiday Inn & Suites, this small marina/boat rental place, this place is very convenient but has a lot of internal problems it seems. The counter staff seemed very confused and inefficient in getting clients ready for their rentals. Not sure what the problem was exactly, but it took forever to get our waverunner and everyone (6... Where to begin, My fiancé and I decided to take out a seadoo; everything went fine, we went first thing in the morning and steven gave us a deal. After that it went downhill. The seadoo we took out looked like it survived a war, it really didn't pick up much speed then out of nowhere it started to beep... More

The service was great but the equipment kind of lacked and was outdated, the boat we had could barely pull a tube and the jetskis are governed too slow other than that nice little place with a nice and energetic staff, Espically the boys out on the dock

We had the opportunity to rent a few sea doo and boats here. We basically were blamed for the boat being damaged - that was checked out apparently before it was rented to us- the owner of the hotel basically came in and tried to override the manager of the shop and hold our $1000 deposit. Basically put us on... More

Sad to say that i wont be returning to the starlite marina. Me and my family use this marina every year since we are locals and live close by. Sad part is that no upgrades have been done in all the years we have been going. Boats are all banged up and sea doos only go 60km which is very... More

The only two people taking their job seriously were the two girls at the front desk (one in training). It seriously looked like I was interrupting the four or five young men who were actually looking after the boats. The boats were not cleaned and ours still had junk from previous customers in it like a t-shirts, water bottles and... More

Rented four seadoos today and found the prices to be very fair. The staff was very friendly and got timely service and the sights just made our day! I am definitely renting from them again.
