From Water station take the the ferry so you can enjoy the view. Once there you could find from local handicrafts to spices, coffee, great bakeries and mexican grocieries. Vancouver's skyline view is unbeatable from here.

The Quay contains a fabulous assortment of shops and eateries. The location is excellent, on the northern shore of the Vancouver inner harbour. Taking the sea us from downtown Vancouver to Lonsdale Quay is easy and fun. A quick trip across the harbour gives you a wonderful view of Vancouver and the north shore. Exploring the unique shops is fun.... More

so much to see at this pier. The markets, places to eat, and the view across the bay are wonderful. A great place to come and taste test different things. Parking is the only fee.

Take the sea bus from the downtown waterfront station … great views of the harbour and cruise ships. Lots of interesting little shops and great places to purchase your lunch. I always visit (and make a purchase) at the Blue Teapot when I am there …

This is not an attraction. It is a food court at a bus stop. There is nothing going on there. The building is old and there is nowhere to sit and enjoy the view of downtown Vancouver or north shore mountains. Its better then nothing when getting on the sea bus, but would never go there otherwise.

"The Quay (pronounced 'kee' but some say 'kay or qway') is an institution here in North Vancouver. It is our own version of the popular Granville Island Market. H'ere you can find everything from shiatsu to fresh fruit, fresh fish, fresh flowers, sushi, B.C. wines, an amazing kids' toy shop near the fountain, ice cream, a brew pub, bread shop,... More

This is the market the locals use. It has all the same basic features of the more touristy Granville Island but is much more easily accessible from the main downtown hotels. In particular if you're there on a Friday evening there is a North Vancouver waterfront night market there from May through October. If you are in a downtown hotel... More

The market is a nice small market and the vendors inside seemed friendly when we walked through, but the it is the view out front across to Vancouver and the ride to and from on the Sea Bus that were most interesting. Construction made it a bit of a wander to get to the otherwise pretty park nearby that was... More

Lonsdale Quay Market is located adjacent to the Seabus terminal. We made a visit to this unique retail market on our way to Grouse Mountain. The market has several food vendors, retail shops, restaurants, boutique hotel, kids zone, visitors information desk, coffee shops, Dental care clinic. We hogged on delicacies from Sweet Carrie's and some coffee. It to see if... More

Stayed two nights in North Vancouver (fri/sat) for a weekend skiing at Whistler. Only 1 hour drive to the ski resort. The hotel is on the 3rd and 4th floor of the shopping center market also next to the rapid transit train station. Great little local farmers market for vegetables, meats, and fish. The food court also lots of good... More
