We visited on a trip to Devonport. It was smaller than I expected. The chocolates are tasty with lots of different varieties and flavours to choose from, they were not cheap however but make a nice gift for someone, or yourself!

I have been a fan of DEVONPORT Chocolates since first coming in Devonport in 1999. I have seen the factory, enjoyed the choccies and now do NOT have to cross the harbour on the "Handbag" Ferry to Devonport as they have branches in Queen's Arcade, off Queen Street in Auckland and on Ponsonby Road. Please take this from a Chocoholic...YUMMY,... More

Very small shop, but oh so much to choose from. It is a boutique store, so It's a bit on the pricey side. You don't need to spend much time in there so it's worth having a look at. Very nice chocolates and fudges.

I purchased Easter eggs online from your store and had them delivered to my grandson in NZ. I was impressed with the professional and prompt service and reasonable delivery rates but most of all the beautiful quality of the chocolates told to me by my daughter and thoroughly enjoyed by grandson Thank you V. A extraordinary place for me. Lots of nice different chocolades. Hard to decide which to take with us. But they are not cheap!!!

Thank you very much for visiting us and we are glad you enjoyed the chocolates. You are right our chocolates taste delicious but they aren't cheap. Our chocolates are handmade and our chocolatiers are incredibly skilled artisans and with that comes a bigger price, but each chocolate really is a little work of art. More

Just to give ourselves something else to work off from Xmas, we ventured across to Devonport with the Devonport Chocolates in our sights! The shop is only small, but packed full of chocolatey goodness! I'd be surprised if you left empty handed. They have milk, dark, white chocolates, blocks, cream filled, truffles, gift packs and other plenty more little morsels!... More

Tucked into a small area near the Devonport Pier, the ladies welcomed us into their store and offered us a slice of their standard chocolate truffle roll. That sample just melted in your mouth with a delicious taste! We complimented how they tasted better than some of the Belgian places, and they both gushed. They answered any questions we had... I did a road trip from head to toes of New Zealand and I could say that Devonport hot chocolate was on of the top 3 that i had during the whole trip. Besides this, the chocolates taste like home made and have a really nice appearance. I specially liked the dark chocolate combined with chilli centre one and the... More

Thanks for your review, I'm glad you liked the hot chocolate. Well I didn`t take the ferry to Devonport, but I went to Devonport Chocolate boutique in Queen street. It was my lucky day as they were tasting white chocolate, my favourite. Beautiful store, well stocked with hand made chocolate from Devonport where the main factory is. The beautiful Steph who was behind the counter that day told me a great... More
