Trevor is friendly, congenial, knowledgeable, helpful, wise, witty, clever and a great tour guide. In May his wonderfully informative tour was a highlite of the EU trip we 2 Oregonians, my partner & I, took with our SoCal friends. I recommend Trevor! You won't regret it. Jerry

Trevor's tour surpassed even our lofty expectations based on these Tripadvisor comments! My husband and I and our 17 yr old daughter and 18 yr old son learned so much. We had even done our D-Day research before the tour, but Trevor knows the history and the geography and the battles like the back of his hand. We learned so... More

My husband and I recently travelled to Normandy to visit the grave of my uncle who was killed landing on Juno Beach, Nan Green, June 6, 1944. This visit was especially important to me because I was very close to my grandmother and even as a small child, I understood her lifelong grief at losing her " dear boy". On... More

What an emotional and extremely informative day. We learned so much about the amazing sacrifices all those WWII vets made to insure our freedom. Do not go to Normandy without taking a tour with Trevor. He is so fascinating to listen to. A delicious lunch is included also.

Trevor is a class act. I contacted Trevor early in the year asking for a tour near the 70 anniversary of d-day. I asked Trevor since we are Canadians could he please change from his regular tours and put a Canadian twist on it. Man he delivered, my wife, son and I hung on every word making us feel what... Trevor picked my family up at our guesthouse in Bayeux and the tour began. He shared his wealth of knowledge of the Normandy Battle and American DDay sites as well as lots of information about Normandy. Our 13 year old son was totally engaged all day. We learned so much. It was very moving going to the beaches, Ste. Mere... More

We were fortunate enough to be included in Trevor Standefer's tour of the Normandy beaches on our first cruise stop at Le Havre. There were 8 of us, & he picked us up at the port in his comfortable van. Stopped at the German cemetery (which we later found is not included in most other tours), Point du Hoc, Omaha... More

My wife and I booked this private tour of Normandy key sites through the recommendation of my son's past visit to the area. Trevor was exceptionally well versed in the D Day History and even shared personal experiences of his family during the Nazi occupation. We did the one day visit from Le Havre (where our cruise ship arrived) and... More

Trevor is an accomplished and knowledgeable expert on the Normandy landings. He has studied the history and met the veterans to learn their stories. The day is filled with information and he take the time to bring the history to life. Trevor makes each tour special for the guests on the trip. As half American/half French Trevor is easy to... My husband and I recently toured Normandy area with Trevor. He is excellent!!!!! Arrived promptly in his spotless, comfortable van to pick us up at our hotel in Bayeux. On our drive to Normandy, Trevor spoke non-stop about the history of the area and the timeline of the invasion. Trevor is extremely knowledgable and is a wonderful speaker. He keeps... More
