They have developed the place to make sure it is accessible and comfortable. Needs to hurry up the construction though as certain area looks unfinished Great value for money at the "tiangge" where you can haggle all items. Placement of shops is strategic and divided accordingly.

I expected a decent market experience here. However, prices are better at Balikbayan Handicrafts even after bargaining at Greenhills market. I walked away from several stands because some vendors refused to lower prices even 10% below their initial offers. We only purchased 2 straw bags as gifts. I was most looking forward to the pearls, but in-person realized that they... More

Huge mall where you can find very affordable items - I found the other malls not cheap at all. I bought some authentic pearls - amazing the quality and price of pearls... (actually, I bought a baguette in some posh shop which costed more than a pair of authentic pearl earrings). If you can, pay it a visit. I was... More

This is the place for all the ripoff handbags, sporting goods, electronics. Very cheap, but huge complex in which it is easy to get lost. Tens of shops all selling the same stuff. Some room for haggling, but already cheap. Can get really hot as days heats up - so best yo early.

I went to the "flea market" area and found some amazing deals. Recommend shop a few vendors for pricing, often they charge different pricing. Usually the vendors in the front in the center charge the most (probably bc it is the most trafficked areas), go to out edges for better deals. Safe for white people to attend. However, still good... take advantage of the tiny jewelry kiosks inside the building. there are so many southsea and fresh water pearl shops. they will even create a pearl fantasy necklace while you wait. there are also beautiful stone pieces, necklaces and braclets that will drive anyone crazy with desire. the selection is really amazing.always bargain with the price, it's part of the... Like an Aladdin's cave for Filipino handicrafts and souvenirs, but you must haggle! That's part of the fun and they kind of expect it and actually enjoy the banter. Most stall holders speak some English. Go, have fun, avoid the malls and experience a real Manila market place!

Greenhills Shopping Experience is the only place I know that you can walk through the market, barter for goods like the old days then walk 30 paces away and be in a modern mall with huge green spaces and Krispy Kreme doughnuts. There are movie theaters, chain restaurants, local dives, the market, the mall, and the movies all within the... More

I've been to Manila loads as a child (half-Filipino) but this is the first time I went to Greenhills. It's about 30 mins drive from Makati (staying in Ayala Triangle) and absolutely worth it! Tip is to go half, see what they say then meet in the middle or there abouts. Picked up some good bargains. All fakes of course,... More

Green hills is enormous and sells all sorts of different things ranging from trainers, bags, more bags, watches, sunglasses, more bags, tshirts, all types of clothes as well as all types of electronics goods, mobile phones, tablets etc. There is no fixed price for anything so be prepared to barter hard to get a good deal. You will have to... More
