My first visit to this branch of Redwings, we were in the area so made a stop off. Not as big as the Norfolk sanctuarys so nice and easy to get round and see everyone. Good walkways and signage. We visited on a very wet and cold day but staff were still smiling out on the yards. We had coffee... More

Easily accessible. Lots of parking. We went on a rainy day and it was still well worth a visit. Staff were more than happy to talk to us and answer any questions we have (we were asking about a pony in quarantine who had recently been rescued). We also saw two horses being loaded into a horsebox for the first... More

Nice place to visit lovely horses and they do fantastic work there..worth a visit. Not a full day as there are just the paddocks. Cafe just served sandwiches and cakes which was ok but we went somewhere else. Nice place though we adopted a horse and would go back though.

This was our first visit to this amazing place, where rescued horses, ponies and donkeys are given new homes. You can walk among the paddocks and view the animals at your leisure, and there are many interesting displays with much information that will enhance your knowledge of these super-intelligent animals. There is also a good gift shop and tea room.... More

We have visited the sanctuary in Norfolk twice and whilst on holiday this year we visited the one in Warwickshire. It was lovely to see the horses, ponies and donkeys so well cared for and a bonus is the admission is free, a rare occurrence in this day and age. As always, I visited the gift shop and purchased several... More

My friend adopted rumple for me for my birthday so we went to visit the sanctuary, it was a really good experience. It was so nice to see the animals in a nice and loving environment after they've had a bad start to life. The staff are great very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend a visit! Nicky X

Took my wife and 2 boys, for 'Special Birthday'. It was so good we went back the next day. Staff on hand to answer any questions, and are so kind. Walking round the fields is great exercise without you even knowing it. The donkeys are very entertaining, could have stood there for hours. Info on horsecare etc, nice little shop.... More

What a fantastic place. We took our two son's, and of course on the day we went the adopted pony and mule would not come over to say 'hello'. Grass! So, one of the members of staff offered to bring them to us! Simply wonderful. Staff are lovely, so helpful, and Angie in the gift shop was very helpful indeed.... More
