$20 at the Heavenly Village teeny tiny crowded ice rink, or $7 at the huge hockey sized ice arena? Say no more. More

We've been to Tahoe for 3 years but this was the first time we tried the local ice arena. This is not the ice rink in Heavenly Village. This is the city ice rink. It was great family fun even if you have never skied. Only negative for me was it was not that well lit outside. More

The view from the ice is amazing, and the staff is really friendly and willing to help with anything. This ice skating rink is much colder than other rinks I've been in, so make sure... More

While in South Lake Tahoe I visited the South Tahoe Ice Arena. What a great place! Public skating, hockey and figure skating. Friendly staff and a great way to spend the day indoors. More
