This is a little pricey but so worth the money. The views will leave you breathless. This is really the only way to appreciate the beauty of this alpine lake. Lake Tahoe is the largest alpine lake in North America and it is stunning. We stopped at one point, disembarked from the gondola and took in the view. Great photos... More

It is a bit pricey, we got some vouchers so it was cheaper. But the view is to die for! You can see lake tahoe and nevada for hundreds of miles!!!

We did a snowboarding trip here and the views are breathtaking. It's an amazing mountain but the lift tickets are very expensive. Buy tickets a few days ahead online and you can save.

I took my 2 year old, 4 year old, 6 year old and 8 year old on this. They had a BLAST! The 6 and 8 year old where terrified on the way up but had totally overcome their fears by the time we headed down. For all of us it cost about $102.00. Pretty expensive if you are just... More

Nice view of Lake Tahoe from Gondola. We finished full gondola ride but haven't played snow because of windy weather and snow. We felt like we just paid to get round trip using Gondola. Its pricy too.

If you don't mind forking over the steep price tag ($50!?!) you'll get a unique experience with views that honestly, are worth it. If you can't handle the various hikes that take you to similar elevations along the Tahoe Rim, this is really the all-ages, abilities, and family-friendly way to get to mountain nirvana. GET OUT AT THE FIRST STOP... More

There is no other view comparable to what you get while riding the gondola! Even if you come during the summertime, and you're not going up to ski, still take the trip. It's totally worth it! We did not wait very long in line, and since it's a continuous moving attraction, even if there is a line it will not... More

The ride is fun, the view of the lake and surrounding area is at times spectacular, but the price is high. Heavenly should reduce the price to allow people to access the mountain where they can spend their money on the attractions at the top.

I think this is something you have to do if you enjoy the scenery and photography. It's simply beautiful. It's only downfall is the price. $52 for a single trip which does not include the ski lift-if you ski you'll need that also.

The Gondola at Heavenly is located in the Heavenly Village Square. Its not hard to miss the cabled pods soaring overhead. It was a brisk day with the weather hovering in the mid 40's. We had 4 adults and 2 children with us. A bit pricey, but we elected to see Tahoe from about 9,200 feet. The gondolas were nice... More
