Coming to the pier I was shocked to see the Tahoe Queen so shabby and rusty. The outside of the ship urgently needs a paintshop. The inside is okay, service on the morning tour was lacking, maybe because we were only about 35 passengers on this tour.

Colossal failure would be too kind a review. AM cruise returned & crashed gangway into a nearby sternwheeler. 45 mins later, ship managed to get un-stuck and a speedboat had to push it off a sandbar. It went out to turn around and finally moored an hour and 20 minutes past our scheduled cruise departure. We were told the ship... More

Even the forest fires couldn't keep us away! The captain was friendly and we had a terrific time enjoying the afternoon cruise over to Emerald Bay. Very educational and relaxing (PS - there's a bar onboard).

Avoid this tour at all costs - I think only Dolly Parton 'Stampede' in Pigeon Forge can compete for the lamest experience top spots. Ship is old, everything is worn down, decks are closed, loudspeakers broken and band plays a very sad playlist from the dark corners of the 90's. RUN and don't turn around!

We booked our family of 12 for an upcoming wedding banquet...The wedding first and then a beautiful dinner cruise after with friends and family. It was paid in full...and today I get the call that they won't be running the dinner cruise after about 3 different excuses. They gave me a refund....but no plan B...still searching. The wedding is less... More

It was a cattle call! We booked a month in advance and were not told it was standing room only! Crew were unprofessional and untrained and we had to stand the whole trip. They completely overbooked and was told corporate was to blame. Very rude captain!

This is good cruise tour for all ages of people. I visited with my family with 2 young kids. They enjoyed a lot, very nice scenic views of emerald bay and south Lake Tahoe. Only bad thing is, you should catch the table on first and second floor other wise full 2:30 mins you have stand during tour. So be... More

I grew up going to Tahoe but this was the first time on the Queen. It is a little pricey, but very beautiful out on the lake. The captain was very informative and pointed out many things for us to see. I loved it!

I've been coming to Tahoe, on and off, for over 40 years. We came with friends this past weekend and tried the Tahoe Queen. It was very nice. It was cold outside so we spent most of our time inside. The windows were clean so you could see everything. It a relaxing 2 1/2 hour trip across the Lake to... More
