It was worth the money. I can sometimes be a little cheap, but I had only one day to enjoy Tahoe w/the kids and this was worth it for me, we got a really good lake tour of Tahoe and I might even do it again next time I am in town.

Our first trip to Lake Tahoe was topped off by the Tahoe queen. I got a 2 for one deal through travel zoo. Had to book ahead of time and so glad I did. The Queen hold 315 people and it was sold out. So glad I had a reservation. There are 3 levels. Top is open and other 2... More

A very pleasant couple of hours or so spent sailing to Emerald Bay and back. The Captain was informative and the weather was perfect. The only spoiler is the other passengers - you can't choose them unfortunately! Didn't have to park a car as walked from our accommodation. Didn't eat in the cafe as figured it could be expensive so... More

We took the 2 hour scenic cruise to Emerald Bay and back and had a wonderful time. We were on the 11/2/2013 tour and had a very different experience than ChimarroaMate! There was plenty of parking. We did not have to wait long to board the boat. We were never stuck on a sand bar! (Must have been a different... More

The Tahoe Queen is a lovely time capsule of how Lake Tahoe may have been enjoyed in a simpler time. So reject speed boats and modern watercraft and jump on board this graceful lady for spectacular views of the lake. The price is very reasonable for this 2 hour ride. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the... More

Warning: DO NOT RIDE! Or, it may be your last.... These guys are more interested in selling tickets than your safety. We prepaid for our 2 1/2 tour which debarked on 11/2/2013. When we arrived 45 minutes early and we could not find parking. We were told there was plenty of free parking, but we drove around for 20 minutes... More

Honestly for the price you pay this trip is not worth it. The day we went the boat was over crowded it seemed and the sound system on the boat leaves much to be desired. It was challenging to hear the narrator of the trip talk about the area and we missed a lot of what he was saying. The... More

We have made the afternoon trip across Lake Tahoe to Emerald Bay 3 or 4 times. It never gets boring or routine. While fairly expensive, the staff is well trained, the food excellent and the experience a real delight. Go and enjoy at least once.

The trip on the Paddle Wheeler was and OK experience. We learned about the history of the area. There was not a great deal to see on the trip until you got to Emerald Bay. That part of the trip was very interesting. The return trip was boring. seeing the same sites again. The cost was more than the experience... More

My wife and I took the afternoon boat ride to Emerald Bay. Great chance to be on the lake this late in the season. We rode up front on the top deck but if we did it again would probably sit on the top deck in back. Great photo opportunities throughout the trip. If you want to be entertained the... More
