Friendly staff, Interesting facts about wind energy and other energy forms. Wonderful view from the beach to the sea. Little cold in May.

This interpretive centre will be of interest to anyone who always wondered how those wind generators work. If you would like to see a wind blade up close or what the inside of the wind generator is like, then this is the place to go. Persons not interested in technology will only want a short visit..

The setting itself is beautiful - we drove up to the north-most point of PEI not knowing this center was there, so it was an added bonus. It's one of the places where you feel you are at the edge of the earth. The surrounding shore and paths are nice walks. The student-staff at the gift shop were very knowledgeable... More

We didn't tour the museum due to time pressures, but the Centre is in a very picturesque spot and the proximity to the wind turbines give a real sense of scale. Nice gift shop on site.

Wonderful experience - and so informative. The location alone is worth the trip - stunning coastal views, and amazing vista of windmills. But the interpretive centre is very well put together and very informative. Lots of information about the area and local history, about renewable energy, and about the research going on here in PEI. Easily digestable displays. Well worth... More

The restaurant has a really nice panoramic view of the ocean from the northwest tip of P.E.I. The service is freindly and fast. The lobster dinner is fresh and locally harvested. Down stairs the gift shop has a wide selection of P.E.I. souvenirs. Also the wind farm exhibit is very informative. A great place to take a nature walk, do... More

The center was quite interesting and was obviously well thought out. The shop was nice as well and we bought a couple of fleeces which we wear often. The best thing, though, was the view...absolutely spectacular!

We really enjoyed our time here! We planned it so we would be there at low tide and were able to walk very far along the reef! We did get to see a lot of seals, but not up close. Should have brought our binoculars! We really enjoyed walking the whole trail that gets you up close to the turbines-great... More
