Mesmerising, breath-taking, amazing, awesome - just some of the words our visitors use when they talk about RSPB Bempton Cliffs. Around a quarter-of-a-million seabirds - including gannets, puffins, kittiwakes and razorbills - flock here in spring and summer to raise their family. Six, cliff top viewpoints give spectacular views of the nesting seabirds and the dramatic coastline. The new seabird centre at the heart of the reserve tells the story of the wildlife on the cliffs and why it makes it home here. In autumn and winter, when mists fall and winds blow, a clifftop walk can be a truly experience. RSPB Bempton Cliffs - one of the truly unmissable British wildlife spectacles.

Thank you RSPB for making Bempton cliffs accessible for those less abled. The route for wheelchair users was relatively easy to use, all be it the slight uphill incline made it a bit hard going to push back up (but that's the lay of the land not the pathway) but it was wonderful to be able to go and take... The newly refurbished RSPB Centre at Bempton Cliffs was staffed by people who were very welcoming and keen to impart their knowledge. The seabirds put on a magnificent display. And after watching them there was a well-stocked shop and café to enjoy.

We visited Bempton Cliffs last week, a horrible day weather wise. Although I live less than an hour away, it has been around 30 years since I last visited. What a change, a great visitor centre, plenty of information, and safe walks and viewing platforms, where everyone even with a small camera is guaranteed to get a sight of the... More

4 of us pensioners visited today, one partially sighted. The new facilities for viewing are excellent giving wonderful views of the cliffs and all the birds on them. there is a shop with a variety of bird related items and a small area to purchase tea or coffee and a cake or sandwich Excellent value for £3.50

If you have no interest in Birds then this is not the place for you and you will find not much there as you will not appreciate this visitor attraction - however if you are a keen ornithologist then this is the place for you! Beautiful and scenic with lots of Puffins and a little shop and toilets. The visitor... More
