Put the girlfriend on the back of the motorbike and headed out from Chiang Mai to here yesterday, not far around 10km or so north of CM on a good road. Got there fairly early though the place doesn't open until 10AM, we made it at 11 which was a good time, not too hot and not crowded at all..... More

This is a great half day/day out in Chiang Mai. We hired a scooter from the town for 200 THB and headed out to the tiger kingdom mid-morning; the journey was easy enough as there were a number of tuk tuks and tours heading that way and as soon as you are out of chiang mai, the roads become a... This place is fantastic! Tigers are my favourite animals; I've always been dreaming of patting one of them, and my dream came true! Tigers seem to be happy and treated well. Some people say they are drugged. Well, I don't believe it, because I watched tigers playing tag, bathing and balancing on logs. Yes, many of them sleep - but... More

Very cool! Awesome animals, and seems like they are very well treated and peaceful. There´s a friendly atmosphere, everything is well organized. The photographer is very nice and friendly, I totally recomend using it, even if you have a friend with a camera.

I was interested in seeing this attraction as I was told it was worth seeing and the Tigers were not drugged. I am not a tiger behavior expert but I do not think they would be so calm if there was not some sort of medication on board. I also saw many of the "trainers" pulling their tails and handing... More

Definitely really fun. Staff makes you feel safe at all times. Did all the tigers for 1480 baht. Which also provides free photography for the big tigers and baby tigers. Make sure to put your stuff in the locker... while it was relatively safe to leave stuff near the cage entrance I would still advise you to put your stuff... More

I am still enthused about my experience at Tiger Kingdom 2 weeks ago. It was awesome to be in an enclosure with these awesome, gorgeous creatures. Although you have to be careful around their heads, etc, I was able to cuddle with one, even pretending to take a nap! You're supposed to pay extra if you want a guide to... More

I went into this very excited and with expectations. Tiger Kingdom exceeded all my expectations! I was worried about the cats just being zombies because of doping but they were very active, to include the big cats. You never feel completely safe but the staff do a great job of handling both the cats and you to make for a... More

If you are near Chiang Mai you can't miss this opportunity! The park is very clean, the tigers are healthy and well cared for. The trainers are careful to keep you in places so as not to antagonize the larger tigers and they are never but a step away. The children are only able to pet the smaller tigers and... More
