What a great visit. The butterflies were stunning and all around you. Amazing. The owner provided information sheets which were easy to understand and interesting. The knowledge and enthusiasm were very evident. We will return.

Came here with a groupon at 1st couldn't find it as its tucked away behind a conservatory show room. The staff are very friendly and chatty they explain all about the butterflies before you go in and encourage you to spot as many types as you can and to ask if you have any questions. Lots of lovely butterflies and... More

I went with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of beautiful butterflies inside. The staff were really friendly and chatty, and clearly knew so much about the butterflies and flowers inside, which made it even more interesting. There is also a lovely, really reasonably priced cafe just outside, and due to the staff allowing re-entry at the... More

I found this place by accident after needing to photograph butterflies for a competition. I took my parents - my mother being a butterflyaholic. We were not disappointed! On entering the place after a warm welcome at reception, we were greeted by clouds of recently hatched stripey butterflies. It had my 68 year old mother dancing around like she was... More

Excellent for adults and children alike for a couple of hours at a reasonable price. A very good selection of butterflies and a nice addition to have water with fish and terrapins and the option to feed them. The very friendly and knowledgable staff were only too glad to answer any questions we had. There is also a very nice... More

We absolutely loved our visit to the Butterfly House. So many butterflies to see, a friendly and informative owner, and you can buy little bags of terrapin food at the desk too which my daughter enjoyed. A perfect attraction for rainy days, great value, and I'll definitely be recommending to everyone I know!

Butterflies in all their glory. Take you camera. Not sure how much you can say about a butterfly house other than worth a visit.
