Inhotim is a huge outdoor museum. It's impressive even for people who don't love art. At least a few pieces will really move you. It can be done in one day, but real art fans may want more. If doing it one day, buy the upgrade for transportation - like large golf carts. They will save you time and some... More

Inhotim is an art museum open wild. You can get in touch with the art, and some of them you can get inside it. You have to walk a lot inside the museum, so I don't recommend you to take young kids. You have the possibility to use the museum transportation, but you have to pay R$20 (twent reais).

One single day is not enough to see all the marvelous gardens and modern art galleries. Outstanding facilities to all kind of visitors and excellently trained staff. One the oder hand one must be careful choosing where to stay in the region. There are a few good hotels.

The receptionist at my hostel recommended that I go, in fact she said that its something that I should not miss. I was hesitant as Im not much of an art buff but I ended up having the best experience. The park is beyond beautiful, the exhibits are thought provoking - I did not regret going at all! You can... This is an unique place in the world for sure! If you're into arts, make sure to visit Inhotim for at least one day! My first visit happened May 2011, and the second one November 2014. Unfortunately last time the weather was bad, but anyway we managed to visit most of the pavilions. I highly recommend splitting your visit in... More

The park is definitely outstanding, tropical vegetation perfectly maintained, all clean, perfect. Amazing nature "educated" by men. In this, Brazilians are n.1. And restaurant is very very very good (much better than any other we tried in Ouro Preto). Art is interesting, some installations are gigantic, bur I must say I mostly don't understand or get emotional. Only a couple... More

This park is very close to Belo Horizonte and is really worth going. The feeling to a Brazilian is"how could I have taken so long to go there?" It is a beautiful piece of nature with lots of green, small lakes, swans, ... Among all that, spread throughtout the park, there are over twenty pavillions with all kinds of art,... More

It's huge, and even in most of a day we got nowhere near seeing everything. We coughed up for a golf cart for the day, and it was worth it, with a very helpful guide, Sueli. The galleries are a big mix, some we loved, some not, but it was a memorable day (including the lunch venue).

This is a place where you can spend the day. It is full of surprises that will blow you away. The grounds with beautiful landscaping and the pieces are wonderful. If you are in Belo Horizonte and have some time, please go...........
