By far the best day of snorkeling I've ever had. Rays, sharks, turtles, seahorses, penguins, sea lions, and lava! Unreal scenery. We went with Isabela (not Islabella!) Dive Shop for $80/person. One big thing, if you don't have a GoPro or underwater camera I would highly recommend renting one for the day. Our guide did NOT have one even though... More

Probably our best excursion on Isabella - saw a sharks cave, penguins, a school of stingrays, turtles, sea lions, even seahorses!

Great day trip out of Puerto Villamil. A little pricey but totally worth it. Saw tons of sharks, turtles, a seahorse, penguins, birds and rays. The rock formations were very unusual. Just be aware that if the seas are really rough, you may not get into the area of the arches.

Be careful swimming through the tunnels, must dive through the tunnel without scraping head or legs! Otherwise a beautiful place!

I loved this spot! The whole ocean around the island is teeming with beautiful wildlife, and this place delivers the beauty as well. I highly recommend it if you are looking for sea life and birds!

I am not sure what company took us there but jcumming@explorerventures.com was the email of Jennifer who arranged everything for us. We did the trip to Los Tuneles, and on the way back we stopped off and did a snorkeling tour. The snorkeling was amazing, I snorkeled with a penguin WOW. But there were turtles, sharks and about everything else... More

This is a must see when on Isabela! You'll spot amazing wildlife on the way (Manta's!) and will be amazed snorkeling through "Los Tuneles". You'll spot white tip sharks, ray's, all kinds of fish, turtles; AMAZING!

I quite enjoyed visiting this location. The lava formations are interesting, and there's a great deal of wildlife to see. I personally saw sea turtles (which are everywhere in the galapagos), sea lions, fish, maybe a shark from recollection. Snorkeling nearby is similarly rewarding.
