snorkeled with a bit of everything. Our guide was awesome as well (tipped him $15). Penguins, boobies, fish are bountiful, got lucky with some white tip sharks (totally harmless to humans), couple of sea horses, turtles, and sea lions. If you only do one, make this it

We enjoyed this excursion, is a nice place to visit, good snorkeling with extremely good visibility and many fishes and other species. Is a must to go excursion when staying in isabela

This was a great snorkeling area. We saw penguins, sharks, sea turtles, all kinds of fish, The visibility was great, the water was warm, and the tunnels were so interesting.

This is a one day trip on a small boat. First we stopped in the middle of the ocean to admire a rock with lots of birds. Then we ride against the wave into the bay, it's a 5 minutes rough ride but full of fun if you like roller coaster...... The bay is very calm, with clear water. We... More

As a novice snorkeller this was the most amazing location for my first go. There were 10 of us on the boat, along with a guide, the captain and another support and we were well looked after. The captain was very adept at navigating some pretty big surf and the guide kept us fully informed throughout the trip. There were... More

We saw so much wildlife! We got up close with white tipped sharks and sea turtles and blue footed boobies. Saw a sea snake and lots and lots of fish. I find the name "Tunnels" misleading... it's more like lava bridges... but still it's awesome. Highly recommend, yeah it sucks it costs so much to do it, but it's worth... More

Definitely go with Rosedelco, they were the best! We swam with turtles, sharks, penguins, a young albatross and golden rays. And best of all we saw two large seahorses. The guides took photos of everything we saw and copied them to a memory stick for us at no charge. We highly recommend Los Tuneles with Rosedelco!

On our second day on Isabela, my friend and I booked a joint tour of Los Tuneles through our hotel (Iguana Crossing) and it was absolutely the highlight of our stay on the island. Do not miss this! The day we went, there were 8 others on the tour - to make 10 total (not including the guides). You start... More

It's expensive for $80 (?), but in my opinion, you can't not go to Los Tuneles while on Isabela. The landscape is really neat--you can see exactly what it's like in the pictures, but there are so many arches and tunnels that it's a really fun experience to weave your way through them on a boat, looking at boobies and...
