The formation are amazing. It is a maze and you get there by boat. So much to see, over the tunnels and under water. From giant turtles to blue footed boobies!

Rosedelco's Los Tuneles tour was a major highlight of our trip to the Galapagos. The guide was excellent and the entire tour was so well organized and professional. We snorkled in 2 sites and walked in the volcanic landscape of a third site. I really appreciated how they gave out little chocolates for energy between the two snorkel locations and... More

We booked this half day snorkeling excursion with Hapoepoe and it was great! We were a 9 person boat. After a one hour boat ride we arrived at the tunnels and snorkel led and saw giant sea turtles, a seahorse, puffer fish, golden rays, and sleeping sharks! My husband and I are novice snorkelers, and Julio literally took me by... More

Like for many on this list, Los Tuneles was a snorkeling highlight of Galapagos, and though not cheap (though their price was the best compared to others, and it seems the various agencies in town charge different rates for adults / kids from each other), the experience with Rosedelco Agency was first-rate. Rosedelco´s guides / personnel were very professional, pleasant,... More

We really enjoyed our experience with Rosedelco to Los Tuneles. It is a beautiful place to snorkel, but there are just way too many people. You would see something underwater and then your group would basically chase it down and scare the animal. I think it is definitely worth going, but be aware that visibility sucks because of all other... More

Moonlike landscape. Clear water channels affording views of giant sea turtles, rays, and penguins. Daddy blue-footed boogies feeding newborn chicks, frigate birds attacking nests. The land portion of the tour was then exceeded by the underwater tour of sea horses, penguins, giant sea turtles, and peeks into shark caves. The boat ride out was rough on the day we went... More

We expected so much after all the rave reviews of this snorkel trip. We expected the water to be cold, so had wetsuits. However, the visibility was less than 4 meters and there was nothing to see. A second snorkel spot at the mangroves also had such poor visibility, made worse by inexperienced snorkelers lifting up the silt as they... More

The day we visited Los Tuneles was the best day we had in the Galapagos. It was about an hour boat ride out. Once there it looked like something off Mars, lava tunnels everywhere which made for the best snorkelling of the tour. We saw everything there, boobies, penguins, sharks, turtles, fish, sea horse, stingrays, mantra's etc. It was an... More

I was spoiled by doing this tour before heading off on my 8 day cruise as the boat did not call in on Isabela. In the hour or so we were in the water, I saw giant sea horses, giant tortoises, reef sharks, stingrays, masses of fish, a penguin and not to mention the lava tunnels themselves. Amazing. We also... We had the opportunity to go out on a last minute booking to Los Tuneles and boy are we glad we did! The boat ride was fun and we got to see some great coastline. Once we arrived to the tunnel, we were thrilled to get an opportunity to see the blue footed boobie nesting site and many babies! The... More
