Having visited Coventry , and proceeding on the M40 South to London, the signs for the Heritage Motor Museum came up. The approach is well sign posted and easy to follow, so a few minutes after leaving the M40, we found ourselves in a spacious free carpark with the museum prominent in a rural setting. The displays are mainly products... More

This is a place that We've been meaning to visit for years, (we've driven past quite often). Well we weren't dissapointed. The "time line" layout is fun and informative, and many people will find their "first car" there? I know I did. It's quite an "eye opener" to read the performance "stats" on dream the cars of your youth, and... More

I visited here as part of the Marfan awareness day taking out visitors on dream rides. I was surprised with the entire set up, the place is fantastic, if you love cars this is a must to visit. It is spotlessly clean with easy parking and a really nice restaurant. The staff are friendly and really helpfull

We were really impressed with this museum. The architecture is fabulous and vaguely Art Deco. The variation in displays is immense, from Minis to Jaguars and DeLoreans. There are not so many really Vintage vehicles, but enough to illustrate the timeline of Motoring. There is a really nice section depicting the life in the car factories, and displays of various... Didn't even know this place existed !! Went there as part of Triumph Live, Triumph motorcycles annual "festival" which moved here from Mallory Park this year. Partly funded by Land Rover I think but it's home to the most amazing array of British cars from house hold favourites like the Mini, through rally prepared Maxis and cars from film and... More

The cafe near where I work in South London does a whole plate of tasty breakfast nosh for a fiver, they throw in a buttered doorstep and a mug of tea and you can read the paper too. You come out feeling guilty that you ate so much. The heritage motor center give you a small plate with as little... More

Tried to deliver my Husband so he could look round the museum and I could park and stay with the dogs. It was so busy directed to the area B for disabled parking it was full off cars and went for miles and miles with no hope of my Husband being able to walk. It would be nice for people... More

Britain has a number of motor museums dotted all over the country, small big, some small, but in Gaydon, a sleepy village in the county of Warwickshire is the home of The Heritage Motor Centre. This motor museum truly is the Creme de la Creme, part funded by Land Rover, the Heritage Motor Museum houses hundreds of both vintage and... More

My first visit to the museum & I thought it was first class. Well laid out & a good selection of British cars from through the ages. Some interactive displays too.
