Great museum with lots of interesting information and cars with real stories. There are activities for the kids; for example a chance to do self portraits using toy car wheels under the guidance of artist, Ian Cook. Nice little gift shop and areas to eat a picnic. Really enjoyed the day and we are sure to go back!

A really interesting day out for all the family if you like a bit of history. Cars buses and some bikes date back to 1900's. Time line layout excellent. displays, video shows and cinema great. Tea room/restaurant really good.

What a great venue this is. Lots of interesting vehicles and well laid out. I can't wait to go again. I did gift aid admission which allows me to revisit multiple times over the next 12 months so good value. This is a must for anyone interested in cars.

I promised my son I would take a day off work and attend a school trip - when it came to my turn and was informed it was the Heritage Museum I wasn't jumping for joy - but it was a great day out. The staff really enjoy what they do and this shows. They organised two different people to... More

Really enjoyed day out at this museum. Excellent facilities for family and kids. If you are interested in the history of the British motorcar industry there is plenty to see and learn. Admission is a little pricey but you can return in one year as many times as u want. Off road bit is fun in land rover!

I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Heritage Motor Centre. In January I visited the London Classic Car Show and the HMC makes it pale into insignificance (and is cheaper too), unless you like staring at Italian exotica whilst people are trying to sell you stuff. Anyway, if you are interested in the history of British motoring the HMC will have something,... More

I went to the museum with my husband and 2 year old son. The first thing I noticed was how nice the woman was on reception. She spoke to all 3 of us and she informed us of the free push along cars that were supplied for children to use. The museum is extremely clean and you can get up... More

First thing for car enthusiasts - there is hardly any representation of Ford or Vauxhall here, so not exactly comprehensive re the British motor industry. It is not sure what it wants to be. There is quite a bit aimed at entertaining the kiddies which is understandable. But the exhibits contain a lot of one-offs, prototypes and concepts, which are... More
